-Correct & appreciated: Date-spell the month-year
Eg: 19 January 2019
3. Salutation
- no coma after salutation
-If the name is given, use that
Eg: Dear Mr Smith
-If no name given use title
Eg: Dear Nurse
4. The Re line:
-Full name
-if age is given write 65-year-old (no space between hyphen & words)
-if DOB (no full stop between DOB)
-If age and DOB given write DOB in the RE line and can use age in the purpose paragraph
