I have used the Yookers pens for the last couple of years, mainly for signing documents and they have held up well and I love to be able to choose my ink colours.

I'm having problems reusing the cartridges. The pen stopped writing even after carrying out the recommended maintenance actions. Any help you can provide? I have a Metis Felt Tip pen

What’s not working with it? Are you refilling cartridges with fountain pen ink? I just inked mine up fresh this morning funnily enough.

I'm reloading with cartridges. Refillable felt-pens with universal standard cartridges. I have a METIS PEN. But the felt tips when i put a new cartridges stop working.

I couldn't have used mine for six days let alone six months. That grip section is unusable for me, and I had much worse problems with drying out. You'd think I would have learned by now about those slippery metals grips, but no. I just got a Sakura Gel Pen that is the same, with a long polished brass section that is worse than the Yookers. Once again I was seduced by the looks and ignored all logic. I could have bought two Retro 51 rollerballs for less than this thing and had absolutely no problems. I always wonder if the designers of these things ever use their own products.

By definition designs never please everyone and that is why we have radical different designs to answer to different needs and tastes ;-)
when it comes to the drying issue, regular use prevents this from happening and as Mick clearly explains, this issue is easily fixed with maintenance, that said you maybe
received a defective tip, contact us if that is the case, for obvious reasons we cannot test tips beforehand, but we are happy to help when problems occur !

I probably would have experimented more if I could have comfortably held the pen, and I still think you should have some texture on the grip section. I also have the same issue with the Lamy Studio and to a lesser extent the Faber-Castell Loom. A convex shape along with a slick surface is not conducive to extended writing. That said after perusing your website it seems like your Elios model would work better for me since I use a high hold, plus the brown version looks very nice.

The pen looks good, but I feel it would be difficult to use.

These pens are junk. Goulet doesn't even stock them any😢more
