This is my mother , and I am her oldest daughter ... It's unfortunate that I didn't see these videos of her until yesterday about 8 days after her tragic passing ... But I am SO PROUD of my mom for having the courage to speak her truth , she is truly a survivor and it pains me to even learn things from this interview that I never knew before , thank you white under belly for giving her the platform to let her story be heard by thousands ..... She was truly a beautiful person inside and out and I hope all of the viewers take something from my mom's testimony. This is all I have left of my mama and I'm just grateful to see her looking radiant as she tells her story

What a beautiful soul your mother was. Her life testimony and bravery will continue to inspire. It was Gods gift that she filmed this video. I just believe that. This channel is a living miracle, for the those forgotten and who exist in the margins of society.
Take the best of your mum and make her proud. She was beautiful inside and out. Never forget that. I’m so sorry that her childhood was brutally stolen and that she never got a fair chance in this life. She will always be your spiritual guide. I know this. I have no doubt she carried you and her other children inside of her heart…so carry her heart and memory in yours.
Live the life that was cruelly denied her and that she so wanted for herself. Even after all she had been through she still lived in hope. This video proves that. I hope and wish you well lovely.
      Love from Liverpool England.x

I hope one day she realizes that she wasn’t sent back to California because she “got pregnant too early” and that they sent her back because they were trying to keep the disgrace of her father raping her and getting her pregnant a secret. Her saying that it’s because she got pregnant early puts the blame on her and nothing was her fault, she is the victim.

I agree. I literally lost my breath. Her father basically trained her in this life. She didn't even have a chance. 27 stitches? I cried not only because of her story but her pain and just a feeling of the addiction being so big that even if someone's trying to help, she is conditioned to right back to the street.

Her 27 stitchs had me crying so hard I could barely see my screen... yet I could still see her pain and hear her pain... no one deserves that ever! She was failed by her father🙏🏼 this choice of working the streets wasn’t a choice... Now is her time to shine!! She’s got an audience praying for strength and self forgiveness!🙏🏼🤗

I agree. I'm a white boy from Mississippi and I don't judge her one bit. I've seen this many times. Black, white, it don't matter. All the poverty and abuse leaves these girls hopeless. I'm glad I was born a boy because we don't have this choice. We just had to steal to get what we needed but the girls have other options and it destroys them. I really hope she can get clean and change. She seems like someone I'd be friends with.

Man I love this channel. This channel adds a human touch to the people who we drive by every and cast judgement on. It gives me a chance to reflect on how one wrong choice in my life could've easily put me in her and the other ladies shoes. It takes a village to raise a child and luckily my village was full of people who never took advantage of the trust placed in their hands.
Hug your children. Tell them they're smart. Tell them they are beautiful. Every day. Be the parents that these resilient, beautiful souls never had the chance to have.

Mark, this channel is one of the most impactful on youtube - impactful in a very beneficial way.
Painful to watch, but healing as well - not only for the speakers but also for the viewers, it's therapeutic.
Life is more than the things we occupy ourselves with - we tend to lose focus of what is important, and what else is going on, in óur world.
These testimonies feel so genuine, are so heartfelt, I think nobody can deny it leaves them with some new perception on life - sooner or later.
I've seen many of your videos now, if not all, and this one, by Bonafide, felt like the last drop - I gét it now.
I understand now fully, what it means to be a good person,
and how little it takes, to be one.
I am inspired ànd determined, to go out and practice kindness, to all - no matter who they are and where they come from.
Because beneath the surface of évery person, lays a whole word, a world that is only capable of teaching and enriching your own. It only depends on your attitude.
    Give all people, a chance.
    Thankyou Mark.

This one touched my soul deeply. She's singing her testimony through this interview, unfinished as it may have been but I believe she's healed and made whole again now. RIP, Ms. LaSonya.

She’s one amazing woman. She’s already started the legacy she dreams of by having inspired us the way she did during this interview. She’s remarkable and beautiful.

God bless her, she just wants to be acknowledged...to be loved, but doesn't know what that is. I'm not saying that she's a saint, but she is a product of the hand she was dealt. I wish someone would have scooped her up and loved her for real, while she was still young. I am so glad that she was brave to stand up to her father, finally. May God have mercy on his soul. Bless you, Bonafide. I am praying for you, love.

Was just coming to the comments to try to organize a way for her to get her house. What a gentle soul, someone who has little but still thinks about giving. you can see the pain in her eyes. I can only hope that she felt some love from all of us before she passed. She was extraordinary

What beautiful skin she has. It’s glowing.
She has had a difficult life and given the set of circumstances she was dealt in life i am not sure I wouldn’t live like her as well. She is struggling. As any of us would be in her position.
I wish her all the best for her dreams of owning a trucking company in future. I am sure if you set your mind to chasing those dreams and not those drugs you will make it a long way xx
Sending love from Australia to you XX

She needs a vacation to a Caribbean island, go far up in the remote mountains and be rejuvenated .Listen to some conscious music, pray and be refreshed
So of these people need to be removed from their environment and experience something new

@@RoseEGlitch The start to recovery is a change of environment. why do you think most rehabilitation centers are in the middle of nowhere? It is so because an addict has to be withdrawn from the physical environment that fueled their addiction, hurt and pain. Therefore, my comment was basically a suggestion of a suitable location for her to experience healing .
Not that I am saying that the Caribbean does not have similar social ills but its just on a very small scale. It was just a simple suggestion , at the end of the day everyone needs a vacation right ?!

Bonafide had me in tears, something about her energy was so beautiful. What stood out to me was when she said "if you have the right tools....you can reach your goals". If she had the right guidance, I could see her going so far in life. Her many struggles forced her to be such a strong woman and yet she still smiles.

I feel so bad for the experiences that she’s been thru but she’s a warrior for real!! I want to see her win and own that trucking business. Keep that optimism Bonafide!!! You’re going to make it. I can see it. ❤️💪🏾
