- We are Going to go over the specs of this new bitmain antminer e9 pro release, going to go over the specs, profitability , and how it compares to the competition. #bitmain, #antminer #ethereumclassic #asicminer #cryptominer
*None of this is financial advice , just my thoughts and opinions*
So I can go to the web site and just buy this tomorrow
It will most likely be extremely difficult , If you haven't purchased through bitmain before, have your account setup and logged in, from the past releases you had about a 20 second window to complete order. So it's do able, but luck is needed if it's hyped. There's a possibility it stays available, but that price point is making it extremely attractive.
Great content. When you get your new miners in, and set up, it would be cool to see your setup. I'm also interested in your current ideas on how you are planning of managing the heat during the summer. Just spit balling here, could you replace your 30amp breakers with a 50A or 60A breaker? I have found some 50amp PDU's. This would require you to have to change the nema plug but that isn't hard of expensive. You could also do a 200 amp sub box.
Thanks man, yeah man, have some ideas for the heat management , going to play around with my gpu stuff, worst comes to worst also looking to into immersion cooling, but that's more of a worst case scenario. I could get bigger breakers but my limiting factor more than anything is my 200 amp panel, depending on how things go this cycle may upgrade to a 400 amp panel, we shall see
Where can I buy a unit of this from?
Bitmain release is gone, won't be able to get it anywhere near that price, most of the resellers under 4k are also sold put
Thanks for another great and quick update for us! Going to plug in the numbers myself and compare with HS3 and K7. Obviously different coins but this seems like a safer and more maturer coin than the other two
Appreciate you for watching! Yeah it's been battle tested and has a relatively big market cap, currently #24, not as much upside potential though based on previous highs, but that MSRP is bangin!
@@miningstacker My 1st time purchasing from Bitmain and didn't know they required KYC. Do you know how long the manual KYC verification takes? Also do you prefer to use DHL over the Fedex shipping? Thanks!
@@Jaxonik sorry man , didn't get to see it sooner, stuck at work so I didn't even get a try, any luck?
Bitmain will come out with a low power mode and smoke out jasminer I’m sure.
i'm looking at asic miner value saying it'll make 14 grand aud a year??? why is it showing different
They have been having a lot of api issues lately, not as reliable anymore, use minetheasic.com
Surprisingly that price is very low (for now), but yeah as demand increases, Bitmain and everyone else will jack those prices way up. Considering that the bear market is over (or not), this E9 pro doesn’t sound bad. Even thou I’m not all that interested in ETC, this does sound like a low risk investment for an Asic machine, if you can luckily get one for these miners for that price of course. I might try to get one of these, if possible for shiz and goggles.
I'm on the fence about this one. The charts for ETC doesn't look great and who knows how well it will do in the future. I wouldn't be surprised if we see ETC die out as ETH keeps expanding. I don't see the utility of ETC but that's me. I might still buy one or two if the price stays within reason.
I think this was a similar type of situation to what bitmain is doing with goldshell where they are trying to outclass them , the difference being they couldnt outclass them in compute power/efficiency, so they're trying to beat them out with price. Yeah no real interest in etc as a whole either, but at this price point it's hard to ignore, curious to see how Jasminer responds as far as pricing goes for their latest.
For that price and price range (20-30 percent up from 3rd party vendors), that’s why I see it as a low risk. Sure there are other coins and miners that I rather invest in, but for $1300 plus (if you can get at least one), I don’t see it that bad despite all the hashrate we seen for the merge from ETH. If BTC comes along and goes up again, I’m sure this miner will definitely bring back your ROI sooner than later.
@Joe , I agree , the upside potential in relation to all time high isn't there, but hard to ignore at this price. Etc is just one of those that gets pumped every cycle though, been long rumored that it's by DCG/Barry Silbert as they are Heavily invested for whatever reason. Bitmain has been investing a lot into them recently as well oddly enough, those two reasons alone will keep them somewhat relevant
@@Shizmoore yeah if I can get in at 1600 or under I'm biting most likely, should see third party/distributor pricing here in the next day or so
This miner cost now $1299,- how much it earns today, i have a place free internet and free electricity
That's how much the retail price was from bitmain, sold out in about 10 seconds , most of the distributors currently have it over 5000 USD, if you can get it at 1299, it's a great deal, currently earning over 5 USD/day
@@miningstacker 150 usd each 30 days is this etherium
@@BarbaryStudio currently ethf is most profitable, minetheasic.com/bitmain-antminer-e9-pro
@@miningstacker how much ETHF it mines each 24 hour nonstop from the electricity.
Because etcf can all so going up,
@@BarbaryStudio it's been jumping back and forth between the three , this will be one of those you gotta see what's most profitable out of etc, ethw, and ethf to get the most out of it or you can just leave it on whichever you prefer if you don't keep up with it.
Check out what’s happening to ETHW price today on the heels of this bullish ETHash miner news. I don’t think it’s a coincidence. Up 32% as of this moment…and quickly continuing to rise.
Yeah man!! Thanks for bringing that up! It's almost 9 bucks a day profit for ethw! Didn't realize even ethf would do well on it, was like 6 and change a day . Might be worth it just to play around on those two and solo mine, lol
@@miningstacker I use F2pool. It allows ETHW and ETHF mining, so I just switch back and forth to whichever is more profitable that day. It’s only a matter of changing two letters in the mining pool line. They don’t allow solo mining though. Currently mining all ETHF now, though, because I went and bought 3000 ETHW a month ago at $2.97, so I have way less ETHF, want to get those numbers up.
@@Ultra-Carbon NICE!
I want to know RAM size first. Even with 5, it’s worth the price they’re asking, but if it’s 7, it’s worth $2k, in my opinion. Both ETHW and ETHF are generating more daily revenue than ETC, and both have massive 100x potential that ETC doesn’t have. So I’d rather spec mine the little alts in the hope that one day, one hits a moonshot.
it is 7gb
@@TswiftCrypto where in the literature does it say that?
@Ultra-Carbon , can confirm it is indeed 7 gb, it's now officially on the bitmain site under specs
@@miningstacker thanks for the update. Now to free up some hard earned cash to buy a few of these guys!
Something that you didn't discuss and most people don't talk about: Jasminer can't mine Zil which offsets most of its extra efficiency, whereas the E9 and E9 Pro can. Jasminer simply isn't worth it unless you desperately need a quiet asic at a massive premium. E9 Pro is the best buy right now for ETC
That is good to know
Excellent point! Think jasminer will be forced to make some changes in price to compete, which is the beauty of having more competition.
Hello from the future..., it's ok 2 b wrong. as you must know bye now, the e9 pro can't mine zil, it's stuck on just one as i found out. Maybe through unmineable ?
Ok, u take it easy friend.
