Thanks, that was helpful. Looking into buying one. Wish you would remove the background music. Found it stressful and it made it hard to hear the sound of the different machines.
sorry about that. I want an honest feedback. Do you think I should completely remove it or maybe lower it by 20% in the future? The reason is I have had videos with no music and people say it's bad. I have videos with music and people say they don't like it. Is it the sound, type of music, volume? I appreciate the feedback. It will help me in future videos.
Will the TheraScoop actually tone your legs & lower body like a real workout? I have the original Scoop that is def. meant for PT type training vs. being used for a toning workout. Also, do you know how the TheraScoop would compare to the Helix Lateral Trainers for lower body toning?
I am not the fittest guy but when you put the Therascoop on level 7 or 8, it is actually a good workout. I'd say DeskCycle is the hardest at level 8. Very hard. Therascoop does actually take some effort at level 7/8. Cubii i the easiest one. It's not bad when you are watching TV but I wouldn't say it is hard.
Helix actually sells Therascoop on their site or they used to. There apparently is a commercial version out: helixfitness.com/collections/helix-models/products/fyzical-therascoop-lateral-trainer-sc300 I bought mine for $300 but now it is discounted for CyberMonday. I don't regret it though. It is a great little machine. The commercial version has 10 levels it seems
