I suggest you Weld some type of lug nut on the outside of the wrench where it connects so that you can use an impact wrench to start your car with instead of using a crank? bolt or lug nut type welded to the outside of the wrench should do the trick and that way you can use a electric or pneumatic impact wrench to turn the engine over instead of messing up your arm and shoulder
