I LOVE this kit... you have amazing taste in all your crafty projects. I had been admiring this one on line but seeing yours in progress... I need to make this one! PS- working on one of my felt frogs while listening to you talk about your hearts and flowers :)
I've not done a felt kit like this before but it seems a nice change of pace from cross-stitching. Thank you for showing how to make the rose; I, too, would've started where you initially started 😉.
I would love love, love love if you would someday make a tutorial on how you do these Busola kits. I have followed another RUclipsr, who does Priscilla stockings and I have learned a lot from her, but I would love to have another video tutorial on the appliqué stitch, that does most of this work.
Thanks for the suggestion! I'm really going to try to upload more tutorials. The biggest challenge is setting my camera up so that I can do closeups without going out of frame or out of focus AND being able to see what I'm doing. :)
That wreath is going to be beautiful! I was wondering if you have done any work on the Merry Stockings mantel series? You were talking about them last year, so I bought the first set and they are stunning! Now I’ve ordered this year’s set. Haven’t started them yet but can’t wait. Love your videos!
I have not dived into the mantle series yet! I have collected quite a few new kits and I want to start them all! My cross stitching takes up so much of my time that I haven't done as many of the felt kits as I want to. I'm trying to make sure to dedicate more time and hope to start the mantle series around christmas. I noticed they have a Halloween series, too! I'm holding off on it for now, though.
Do you do crewel embroidery kits as well? I just got into the vintage ones and I finished a small one, I have a really big one I’m gonna tackle but I haven’t seen anyone do one on RUclips.
I have never done Crewel, but it is so beautiful! I need to tackle it someday and see what I think. Is it hard? I purchased the most beautiful finished crewel piece at the thrift store and later found out it was a Dimensions kit of all these pretty birds. The person that stitched it did an amazing job! I showed it in one of my really old videos, but I think I need to show it again!
@@calico_whimsy it was hard to start but once you get going it gets easier. That’s why i started because they are sooo gorgeous 😩♥️ I’ve done a small one to get the hang of it now I’m on a medium one, but I have a huge one that I’m intimidated by😂
@@amandasfunfacery1232 I guess like anything, just take it slow, one stitch at a time and try to enjoy the process the end will be beautiful! I'm so tempted one of these days! Have fun :)
I love hearts and Valentine's day! 🩷
This is going to be so pretty and a lot of work! Thanks for sharing! 😊
I was laughing at myself when I was editing this video when I said I've done so much, but in reality I have a ton left to do, lol!
It’s goi g to look beautiful, you’re very good with your hands Christine!
Thank you Sharon, I very much enjoy working with my hands :)
Adorable, it will look great when it's done!
Thank you! Still lots of work to do! 😆
So cute! That’s going to be really pretty when you’re done.
Thank you! Gotta get through all those leaves, though, lol!
This kit is so 🥰❤
Hearts, hearts and more hearts! ❤️

Aren't those hearts the cutest??? I'm so happy your little frogs are coming to life!

I think it's a pretty common mistake with the roses. I find these kits to be a great change of pace from stitching. They are much quicker 👍☺️
