Adorable!! At Christmas time, I made some felt ornaments for the first time. Not even knowing how to sew. It was a great learning process. I would make some more in the future. A great tip I got from one of Jennifer McGuire's video was that she put a bit of multi matt medium on the knots so they don't unravel. It worked out really well :)
So adorable Nichol and I too love the blanket stitch! You are definitely my teacher/mentor here as I have very limited experience, except for once, many many years ago, when for the first time I did some tiny xmas felt projects. I will be Googling to find out about the different kinds of crochet thread, floss, etc. You share lots of tips Nichol so a big thank you sweetie! Until next time...
Dont know if you guys cares but if you're stoned like me atm you can watch pretty much all of the latest series on InstaFlixxer. Have been binge watching with my gf for the last couple of days xD
Beautiful as always!! I love stitching felt. Someone once told me that the dying process of felt/fabrics has a lot to do with how 'tight' or as you put it "delicate" the felt is. Something to do with the heating process required with some colors or something.
Very lovely idea for I embroider and wanted to try something new with hearts. The unfortunate thing is you are out of frame when you start the project and how to finish the blanket stitch after stuffing the heart. Thank you.
Hi Nicole, these are so pretty! Do you have any tips for the rolled roses? I have those same dies but can't seem to roll them correctly or at least mine do not look as pretty as yours. ;) Any tips and tricks you could share with me? Thank you for sharing
I am watching this video in Dec of 2018. The dies are not available. Do you know where I can purchase similar dies for plush ornaments? Beautiful projects
hi Nichol!! remember me :) beautiful as always BUT its a bummer that the camera is never pointing at the project when you are finishing up the heart. for us that don't know how to sew its like AHHHHHHHHH!!!! anyway, try to keep your hands a bit centered next time. thank you!
So pretty!!! ✨❤️💕🤍🖤❤️✨
