@@darkcrow125 well, I believe that the scenarios end up clashing cause the anime cares both about the characters themselves rather than the plot cause at the end of the day it's just some guys playing card games regardless of reason. Now with card lore they have more room to experiment with different concepts and ideias. I'd prefer if the anime went for the OCG structures route where it shows the game being played as it should by a cast that just wants to have some fun without the fate of the world or some other BS.
If you look closely at Fallen of Albaz and Albaz the Ashen, Fallen has pointed ears with spiked scales/horns (easier to see on the token), but Ashen's are round and bare. Probably more evidence that even though he's still a dragon in the game, the character is devoid of power and nothing more than a human boy. That Icejade shard is probably where his current powers come from, gaining power from the memories of his dragon forms even though he can't transform anymore. Also, with the skull in the background of Ashen, I'd wager that Albaz breaking free is Ecclesia's handiwork, maybe throwing the hammer in a last-ditch effort. It seems odd Aluber would eject Albaz in a way that damages himself, especially shattering one of the crystals he presumably draws power from, so in my mind outside interference makes more sense. Great vid as always, I've been playing an Albaz deck a lot lately and hearing the lore makes the cards even more fun to use.
I've noticed Albaz ears too and I'm wondering about that, it also seems that Albaz has his left eyes gone and NO ONE talk about this, on Aluber's token you can see that his right eye his totally white without pupil. It renforce the duality between the two. But also tjose details tends to show that they have a past and maybe a back story would come soon.
that ice jade perhaps what left from his last transformation. he cant turned into fusion dragon without any materials afterall. for the hammer, it was probably left there when ecclesia picked up to where Iris was.
I really really love Albaz's lore, and holy shit I'm scared of what's going to happen to my boy and Ecclesia. I'm a sucker for happy endings, but as we've seen in World Chalice, Yugioh doesn't always just let everyone live happily ever after. They'll probably find a way out of this whole mess, but at what cost? Really hoping that at least the two of them make it, they're just so adorable together.
Well the main thing I’m waiting for is the big god monster that we usually get with these main set episodic sorry archetypes, and that’s the big god monster with the field nuke effect (things like Sophia in duel terminal, Tierra in the second duel terminal arc, and I think it was called Avida in the world legacy arc). It seems we’re reaching the climax of the story here, and that’s usually when that type of monster shows up
White relic of Dogmatika, considering what her name is in Japan (saint of the catacombs), is most likely a necromancer. Its effect should also be highlighted as it prevents level 8 or higher Dogmatika monsters from being destroyed in battle and Fleurdelis is a level 8 dogmatika.
If our last Mirrorjade princess did create anything, I think she was inspired by Albaz's ice dragon form. The parallel in design philosophy is there. Only this creation was born out of hate for what has occured, and will use this creation against those who have wronged her lineage, ie the despians and swordsouls.
The best lore/story channels on RUclips! Every time a new card comes out I'm already excited to hear Golden Nova's take on the story! Reminder set! Let's goo!
Bonus Bonus point for the tie between the Dracoslayer and Albaz lore: Both of them have red horns. Albaz might unironically be counterparts of the Dracoslayer counterparts.
Albaz might yet have another gear of power that might yet be unlocked, and Ecclesia might be the Key It could be a Synchro Evolution of Ecclesia using that power Or a Fusion Albaz Dragon, merging their wishes and hopes together to bring out “the flame” that was mentioned in the Structure Deck I’m leaning more towards the 2nd, but making Ecclesia as a Tuner…..kinda does make that 1st one possible
We will probably get another ecclesia as well since incredible ecclesia is quite outdated at that point in the story, having lost her hammer and being devestated by fleur's death.
I dont think Aluber ejected Albaz. Remember from the Book, it mentioned a cold flame within the new dragon. I believe this is Albaz weilding the Icejade spike. He damaged the core of the beast in one last ditch effort to stop Aluber. Albaz the Ashen shows him standing weakened against what is likely an extremely enraged Aluber, who still has the power of both brands.
I have a feeling Albur is tied to the Despia Brand, as they show up upon Maximus opening the brands, and converting everyone into Despians. Perhaps summoning the power of Despia is summons forth Albur as well.
Albaz Lore Part 8: AKA The Darkest Hour at the Abyss 1) So while Kitt and Sargas managed to win the tournament arc against the therion, this only enraged the sore loser that is the Argyro System, which caused it to create the Splight as a sudden extra challenge to pummel Kitt and Sargas, causing a 2 VS 1 scenario with the Springans going against the Therions AND the newly formed Splights.... 2) Icejade Aegirine, filled with rage, grief and pain in her heart at seeing her mother die, created Icejade Creation Aegirocassis in revenge towards those who killed her mom, the despia 3) Albaz got spit out of Alba-Lenatus, and is still willing to put a fight despite seemingly no longer having any power, and only having an icicle as weapon from his Mirrorjade form 4) Fleur De Lis seemingly dies in Ecclesia's arms, all while the Despia and the White Relic of Dogmatika omninously gather around them, seemingly to capture them
Aegirocassis Seems to have that one SwordSoul monster that had the evil blade. That makes me think the new heir of the Icejades inverted the process. Instead of a blade being made of Icejade to be given to a SwordSoul, we have a Swordsoul being turned into an Icejade. Maybe In retaliation for the one who wronged both. But thats just assuming on my part. Nice video!
Can't wait to play Splights with Live/Evil twins💃. Also I like how the 2 dragons coming together storyline is repeated in a way that makes it seem like it's all a parallel universe type of thing
I can not wait for the grand conclusion to the Albaz storyline, and knowing Konami they are also bring out one hell of a Albaz fusion monster with insane effects to mark the Final battle against Dogmatika.
This series of cards have easily become my favorite, but damn I hope ecclesia will be ok.... but with the way the story is going... ecclesia is going to dead to trigger Albaz's next growth which is gonna be heart breaking
Something I feel that not many people noticed is that if you look closely at Gigantic Sprights armor and how its placed over an erupting volcano, compare that to Therion Discoliseum, and it paints the picture that after Spright Starter Argyro used the Sprights power to control technology to take over the entire coliseum and turns it into Gigantic Spright!
i cannot be the only one thinking that this ends up as a floodgate card that stops fusion summons other than Albaz fusions and only lets Albaz fusions send cards from Extra
7:49 I don't know what sounds more disgustin. Splight / Frog or Splight / Ojama 23:49 that implies ecclesia and albaz were probably lost for weeks in the golganda desert trying to look for the springans and kitt.... which i love the implication that they bonded after being lost in the desert for that long
There is a playlist for the albaz lore, altho ig GoldenNova isn't the one who made it. If you look up "albaz lore playlist", one with the first 7 episodes comes up.
After watching all 8 videos on this, I am providing thoughts on what is probably more side line over the main story. The first is Mo Ye is not a true swordsoul and is an icejade that Longyaun used. When you look at the swordsouls: Taia, Longyaun, Chixiao and Chengying they share a very distinct body/tail design that Mo Ye does not have. The tail is connected to the body from the crotch area, similar like if a Chinese style dragon was to just grow legs. Mo Ye's tail is connect like a tail bone similar to mammals. Second is her skin color and outfit. Her skin is this dark black/purple which is the similar color of the corrupted parts of an Icejade. She also has a mask that gives her the appearance of a swordsoul monster over her own face having those traits. Another clue to point to her being an icejade is she has those "crystal butterflies" in her image. My thought is that she was naturally corrupted by her environment and was being prepared to be given to the swordsoul to be forged into a new weapon. This is when Longyaun was able to split his "evil side" and in doing so, cleansed Mo Ye of this corruption and created the weapon that way. Further proof of Mo Ye is an Icejade can be seen in Icejade Creation Aegirocassis. There is a figure of a woman being fused to the creature at the waste on the "head area." A close look at this woman, show clothing that is similar to that of Mo Ye. Aegirocassis also showing this fusion of the natural corruption the Icejade absorb could lead back on the theory she was full corrupted and was not ready to end her life to become a sword. Mo Ye followed Longyaun because he saved her life, but was then punished to become this new beast of the Icejade to be used against their enemies. Dogmatika Nexus and Despian Proskenion are both idols that depict a pair of dragons. Through this story both Albaz and Aluber both have the ability to become dragons. This seems more than a coincidence. The Dogmatika religion may be based on these two beings that in the past where once on the same side. Over time in their realm, there could have been a falling out or one became jealous of the other leading to this expelling of Albaz from his realm to Dogmatika Nation. The scriptures of the Dogmatika may have also been part of Aluber's plan. That is this religion was partially based on his dragon form, he may have set his plan in motion back then. He shared the power of the "Hole" with the highest members of the church. That all the saints being taken until 666 is reached is his final play. That he steals Albaz's power, he has tricked the Dogmatika to corrupt themselves in order to carry out a ritual that in the end may cement Aluber's power as that greater than a God. Per the token Aluber may have been playing the long game by controlling the "light" by making the religion of the Dogmatika and fooling the "darkness" as he made them give up their human forms to become the despia and believe this great ritual will give then great power only to be double crossed at the end by the Jester. The standard plot line will be if Albaz is able to show another power from within that no one knew he had and/or Kitt and the Springans come through with reinforcements to the rescue.
...not gonna lie, that spriggan on albaz the ashen's shoulder is a checkov's gun, watch him "fusing" with it, or perhaps the opposite, as a cinematic parallel to his previous fusion powers and a show that despite aluber's theft, he has still got it in him
@@satorugojo6229 that would also be pretty cool! maybe it's a reverse infinitrack situation, since they can make xyz as if they were synchros (need the sum of the levels and equalize with the eff that sums the levels)
@@mechanizedMytha What I believe is certain tho is that the Springans are going to get something because of the focus they have in the lore. Most likely we'll get some new cards in Photon Hypernova. One card will he for certain connected to the little one with Albaz and the rest probably from the Kitt storyline.
I think i know who the last saint is. But that's a big theory and only if this story wants to go really dark. You see from what we see about the saints being sacrificed. They seem to be characters who are very innocent but right before their sacrifice they are drowned in despair. In which there is only one other character the last saint could be: Kitt. Throughout the entire journey Kitt has remained optimistic and driven. Having a level of innocent and drive that could only be matched by the other heroines. However nothing can cause more instant and great despair then the loss of a family. And we haven't seen the tri-brigades since they parted ways with albaz and aclessia. Something tells me just like fleur they went back to put a fight against Dogmatika, and it didn't go well. And just like fleur their bodies are going to be strung up somewhere in Dogmatika, and once Kitt sees it she will filled with so much despair she won't even need a brand. She will be the perfect final saint for Despia's plans. But that's just a a Theory..... A DUEL THEORY!!!!
Saint 666 is probably that little red haired girl we have yet to get a monster card of from one the Dogmatiia Genesis, unless she is actually the White Relic of Dogmatika, since Genesis is usually described as the beginning and that's her being anointed as a Saint.
@@satorugojo6229 well remember that there was all those church rules which basically kept maximus separated from the general population and he’s also considered the chosen representative of the church so i doubt anyone questions his longevity
Aegirocassis actually looks like swordsoul mo ye if you look close. The mask and costume are recognizable. Not sure if she was absorbed into it or if she was an icejade to begin with though. If she was an icejade to begin with, it would make sense why her effect requires her to reveal a swordsoul or wyrm, it's because she didn't start out with her power and gained it from longyuan. Longyuan's effect also works with this, discarding a swordsoul card just like he chopped off a piece of his soul for the sword he gave mo ye.
Wow great work, honestly your channel deserves way more subs. Yugioh card lore is so fantastic and interesting to watch, unfortunately it gets overlooked by many people.
I have never gotten this hooked into lore since Dragunity's and Naturias. Such sadness and drama that I need more to find out what will happen. I am hoping Albaz gets 1 final Fusion or XYZ form that tops it all off and Ecclesia having some time of heavenly upgrade because of Fluer's death to fight Despia.
Why Xyz? Albaz is a fusion centered monster. The only Xyx centered are the Springans and the Splights who are semi-centered to the Xyz summoning. Now if you suggest that he's Xyz summoning using the Springan that's hidden behind him then I can see that happening.
@@satorugojo6229 Yes! That's what I mean. He gains some type of power up from them. Or, as some else pointed out, a Synchro Albaz because of Ecclesia being a tuner that will work with his Fusion variants.
@@dagobertobobadillajr7670 The only problem is that up until this point, all Albaz fusions are either with things or with powers. Never with a living being. And both the little Springan and Ecclesia (which seems out of reach right now) are living beings. But if it end up like that, then I'm curious about the outcome of such merge.
I have fallen in love with the Albaz art and lore, and are the deck I’m working on. Your videos have been amazing, so much so that I’m using one of my binders to try and recreate it >< (slowly getting there ^_^ need to refit stuff with this release) Out of curiosity though, would It be possible to maybe get a ‘list’ of their lore order, as such as you feel it is at the moment? (Mainly the spell and trap cards) I can wait for more, though I do hope it is a happier ending >_>
The only way I can see Albaz and Ecclesia winning is if Kitt, the Springans and the Tri Barigade come to their aid. Being all alone makes their chances of survival slim, winning is out of the question. But I guess both fronts don't look so good currently. In the next set we'll probably get more of the Kitt part because the scales of victory lean towards Aluber and the Despia. For the main story to progress, the side story must be concluded. So I see the Kitt story finishing before any big changes happen in the main battlefield. Also I guess that debunks the theory that Aluber is Albaz's brother. What I want is for both Albaz and Ecclesia to live all the way to the end and have a happy ending. They both deserve it.
There are two outcomes i think could happen a martyr ending for albaz and ecclesia or kitt saves the day the first one would be interesting but i think the second will happen because its very much like a good shounen ln story
This Albaz and Aluber lore reminds me of Breath of Fire 4. Fou-lu and Ryu were originally one entity, an immortal deity called Dragon by humans. They were splitted into 2 persons and separated by thousand of years when humans summoned them to the human world to harness divine power for their own selfish goals. They both are able to transform into dragon form albeit incomplete. As their fate is to reunited as one being again in the end, if Fou-Lu is the one who win against Ryu, they will merge and transform into true Dragon form and wipe out the humans for their atrocious actions towards deities. While if Ryu win, they will merge and return all deities which have been summoned to human world back to their own realm and let human decides their own fate without being dependent on any deity again.
To think my discovering a new clan and researching them would lead me to feel so much bitter sweetness. A wonderful, if tragic story, great characters and lore but climax that looks to see the bad guys win for once in Yugioh lore as far as I'm aware.
Ecclesia and Albaz fighting tooth and nail with Despia while Kitt is on the pokemon journey to get help from the therions/splight, I really hope in the end Kitt with their new help and tri-brigade helps our 2 main protagonist before it's all too late
Quick question, how is Ecclisia seeing the body of Fluer? Isn't Ecclisia at the sword soul mountain while Fluer was fighting at the Dogmatika place? Did I miss something?
tbh I dont think Fleur is dead. As you can see Fleur's boddy just have some scratches but there aren't any holes in her or even more blood caused by the Iron maiden. I think ecclesia got teleported to dogmatika where she fins Fleur all beat up nearly dead and the other Dogmatika is trying to lure them to the maiden. But ecclesia is going to get another form. In the nw Icejade I think that in top of it it's Mo Ye's top part of her body. since the Dragon helmet is quite similar to hers.
Looking at the art of some of these cards like Icejade Agericosss and Albaz the Ashen, it's impressive how well the artists were able to draw in suggestions of blood without there actually being any so that they can get past censorship
Some really cool details I caught while watching this video: The body in the top of Aegirocassis is eerily similar to Mo Ye. This could mean two things: Either Aegirine is retaliating with the Swordsouls and using them as conduit for the Icejade powers instead of the other way around as it was before. It’ll explain why all of the sudden they got a tuner, since originally all Swordsoul monsters were the non-tuners used for the synchro summons while the tokens were the tuners. Or it either be because Mo Ye became more crystal (Icejade) that Swordsoul, thus becoming a tuner. And the other option is that Aegirine is acting in good faith but being inexperienced and trying to replicate her dead mother’s last creation (Mirrorjade) it backfired horribly. In any case I feel really bad for Mo Ye since, as far as we know, she wasn’t even aware of Longyhuan deceit and now has become a meat core for a crystaline harbinger of death. I never really thought of Therions and Springans as full on parallels until now and it’s such a cool idea. Therions using their dead enemies or even their own allies body parts to become stronger, clearly reflected on their use of generic and in archetypal equip effect. While Springans attaching themselves to their own xyz and powering themselves up, you know, as a team. Another thing I’m really curious is… Could Icejades be related to Splights/Therions as well? They also care about equiping their own monsters. Obviously the relation wouldn’t be in a literal sense, but more so in a general sense. Like, could splights and icejade fuse? Would that be like a nuke? Also, where are the Tri-Brigade in all of this? It’s really funny to imagine Shuraig being like “kinda weird that neither Ecclesia and Kitt have answered my Courier calls… Nah, I’m pretty sure they’re fine”. One thing that I don’t have any evidence it’ll happen but considering the fate of almost every woman in this storyline, I’m starting to think that the 666 maiden will be Ferjit since she’s is the only one who hasn’t being affected by the Dogmatika plan. Either that, or a dark Ecclesia will drop out of nowhere like Aluber/Albaz and claim the title. And my biggest question is: will the visas starfrost storyline converge with Albaz? After all, the parallels with the Dracoslayer storyline are there and Zefra Metaltron happened so…
I don’t think the visas storyline will intersect at all, they both seem to different from each other, and we’ve really seen no real evidence that they will converge at any time.
@@Rael199327 it’s the same thing that happened during the duel terminal 2 and dracoslayer story lines. They both happened separate from each other, but we’re being released at the same time. Also for Zefra Metaltron I don’t think that directly links the two universes. If we look at these lore archetypes released in main sets as anime, then Zefra Metaltron is the non canon crossover lol
Wow… despite all the guesswork that goes into this, the story presented here is so much more interesting than anything in the Xexal, Arc-V, or Sevens anime. I reiterate: “Why the hell can’t we have a full anime or manga series dedicated to this?”
Konami creates such interesting lores and yet the only thing they release in anime form is the card game itself. Some very interesting lores they can make into anime and have a huge success are: 1. Albaz lore (includes all archetypes and cards we've seen so far) 2. The World Legacy lore 3. Sky Striker lore 4. The Duel Terminal lore 5. The Spyral lore 6. Aleister universe lore (also includes Spellbook, Prophecy and others) 7. The Time Thief lore (includes S-Force archetype and more)
@@satorugojo6229 The charmer lore (which includes the Gagagigo saga, DD Warrior Lady, Impachi, and a lot of other monsters for side stories within the same universe)
@@josea.ruizquinones9262 @José A. Ruiz Quiñones The wind Charmer is from the Gusto tribe, so the Charmer lore is a side story of the Duel Terminal. And then the Gagagigo, Impachi, DD Warrior Lady etc are side stories to the charmers themselves, lol. The proof to that is that Winda is the older sister of Wynn the wind charmer. The Duel Terminal universe is massive, it contains the most archetypes and cards in it's lore, more than any other lore.
21:21 if I find out that Duel terminal and Albaz are in the same STINKING universe I am going to scream at the top of my lungs in catastrophically confused pain. Makes my Albaz Dragonmaid theory a little less insane though...
Damn Quem was referenced all the way back in power of the elements. I remember when this card was announced for the pack it was released in and it always felt such like a random card but this makes way more sense now.
Going back through for the new vid and holy crap this one gives some interesting implications for that new dark aclesia card that hasn't been released yet
i just had an idea that in the new blackwing set, if the story continues there, that the new princess of the IceJade finds Fleur's body and uses Aegirocassis to try merge them bring Fleur back for 1 last fight against Despia as "Fleurdelis The IceJade Knight" this time not holding anything back with her power and the IceJade's to bring the whole kingdom down.
This story has been amazing from start to finish...and we're not done yet. I feel like the next set will show Ecclesia find some hidden power of her own. She has to. After the death of Fleur (T_T), Ecclesia is going to be FURIOUS. Hidden power: unlock!
Here I am munching on donut snacks so happy there’s FINALLY more Albaz lore. Obliviously thinking “huh this story is pretty good” just as we hit 27:00 into the video and I’m reality checked………..I drop my chocolate donut and just bust out laughing because of of course we’ve been here before how did I not notice?? Still love the story and the video playlist though!! Wouldn’t change it for all the donuts! 👌🏿 (Yes that’s very high praise! Deal with it 😤)
The new card that was released today indicates that Fleurdellis is not dead but rather consumed into Despia and becoming one of them. We need a new lore video on this now.
I might be entirely wrong here, but, I think Alba-Renatus is actually a god, at least to some degree. First, the name; Alba, the fallen of Albaz implies wherever he came from, and thus wherever Aluber came from, is called Albaz, potentially named after Alba. Renatus doesn't seem to actually be the name, rather a suffix, Renatus, which translates to "Reborn" or "Born anew". So Alba-Renatus is Alba Reborn. Then there's the title "The Abyss dragon". There's nothing particularly abyssal about him, and I don't think it's just some edgy title, the continent of the Albaz story is simply called Abyss. "The Abyss Dragon" to me at least, implies that Alba is on some level, deeply connected to Abyss itself, not simply that he exists on it. Aluber was "Split by the Abyss", Alba forms when the 2 halves are united. I might be entirely wrong, but I believe the Dogmatika church accidentally seperated Albaz from Aluber when bringing them into the Abyss. I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that Alba is Dogmatika/Despia's god, the Dragon of Abyss.
Going off the idea that Albaz's story is in line with Souls games and Kitt's story referencing the zodiacs. This means that Albaz has officially entered Dark Souls 3. And I'm hoping that things take a very METAL route. *Please give Ablaz a pendulum archetype. It fits the theme of him encountering all the card types*
not even D/D/D or odd-eyes have all main mechanic card types. D/D/D lack ritual and odd-eyes lack link (for now). So I doubt albaz will get them all. for the time being, he doesn't even have a synchro or an xyz unless he and the springan in his shoulder become one. unless you count the xyz and synchro of the other archetypes as part of albaz deck. And i mean "all main mechanic card types" because by defeault all of the above would lack the types of toon, gemini, spirit, and also tuner and a tribute monster if you don't count all albaz related cards / archetypes as part of 1 deck
Oh dear, a terribly bleak place to stop. I hope the next release has some good vibes! I’d love to see something more directly involving Ecclisia, maybe her using her original dogmatika powers to shut down Aluber’s fusing, or fusing with Albaz to take Aluber on. Can’t wait!
The concept art for Cosmocroix mentions that cosmocroix smiles a lot for an icejade and aegirine cries a lot for and icejade. The artwork for icejade curse is ; ;
The fact that Albaz has the icejade shiv on hand and there's an explosion blowing him away could very well mean that he punctured someting inside the chest brand which caused the explosion. I don't mean to say that the explosion wasn't unexpected, but I believe it's fair to say it's a result of Albaz's actions while absorbed (it also fits way better as a story beat).
Here’s another silly tech pick for Sprights: Junk Synchron and Warrior. As long as you’re not in a Level/Rank/Link 2 lock, you use your normal summon for Synchron and go into Warrior, using the archetype’s quick effect summon and attack boost to boost your level 2 monster count and ATK before Junk Warrior’s effect resolves for Zexal levels ATK.
I don't think so, it's got a pretty big cliffhanger! Since POTE is the first of the new 4 Core Set Cycle, I believe we'll see at least 3 more installments, though if the Structure deck counted as one of them, we may only see 2.
guess what, more archetypes tied to the albaz lore have been announced for darkwing blast, the byssted, which i probably spelled wrong, and what seems to be a corrupted ecclesia that will give a few people some iblee flashbacks
Calling it right now Aluber is gonna lose control of all the power he now has after stealing it from Albaz. Similar to how Lee lost control of her ultimate form after Ib was resurrected. Aluber's next fusion could probably be some horrific dragon with power distortions. Albaz's next fusion could potentially be something smaller in scale while being more grandiose in power, similar to the power boost Avram got when he became Avramax. Also why do I get the feeling there's more going on with Quem, especially given the unmentioned 666 Saint.
@@josea.ruizquinones9262 A strong possibility, but as it has been shown Aluber just showed up out of nowhere as Maximus embraced the stigmatika powers and transformed the city and the citizens into the depians. I feel like we're missing one more key player in this story.
This is so good but we kind of knew that Fleur's fate was kind of sealed a few chapters ago in the saga. All of the new information came as a blessing for the sake of understanding. I just hope Ecclesia finds a way to prevail without having to give away her physical integrity. But I kind of expect a huge sacrifice to be made. I dead ass thought that somehow the last sacrifice would be Kitt whenever she shows up. In fact, that's my expected outcome. Ecclesia escapes somehow, Albaz gets wrecked, 665th tribute was made, Kitt arrives with hope, hope is given to Ecclesia, Sneak Attack to Kitt, Gets kidnapped, 666th gets made and it turns awfully for the despian, everyone dies except unexpected and highly expected characters (Including Ecclesia), and final preparations for the final battle happen in some artwork then it ends. Somehow, I don't know. But seeing as how, for example, the Gishki, turned out, I wouldn't be surprised they ended up killing everything and resetting somehow.
I got a theory on the branded separation: in the middle of the fusion albaz with the power of the icejade “separated” inside of the fusion battling with aluber, causing BOTH to be eyected starting a battle in “bare hands”, being this the case the reinforcement of kit would be like “you lie you trick but I have friendship” situación
The Splights are absolutely going to save the day--the fact that they're overtaking Despia's grip on the meta is proof enough.
Power-creeping the story. Kappa. just like swordsoul did to dogmatika. xD
I love how Kitt just goes off onto her own Tengen Toppa Guren Lagan tournent arc by herself. Definitively the best part of this lore.

It seems we’re reaching the climax of the story here, and that’s usually when that type of monster shows up
Can you recommend me a good video/series of World Legacy lore? Couldn't find one from GN so I assume he doesn't have that covered.
@@jackofaces107 Oh yeah thought the same thing, I'm pretty sure we will get probably the biggest and most desturbing Despian boss monster very soon.
@@masterminer2338 I've read the full World Legacy lore on Yugioh Organization.
Albaz ain’t going to make it but I hope he does.
No joke, I just watched through your Albaz lore series again last night. You could not have timed this better for me. Thanks!
Same here!

Maximus/Dramaturgia too
@@RGA301092 But he is not dying.
makes perfect sense as when we 1st see her she is surrounded by undead skeleton servants
If our last Mirrorjade princess did create anything, I think she was inspired by Albaz's ice dragon form. The parallel in design philosophy is there. Only this creation was born out of hate for what has occured, and will use this creation against those who have wronged her lineage, ie the despians and swordsouls.

Albatos- i am whole Again!!!!!!
Albus- I Heard no bell
Bonus Bonus point for the tie between the Dracoslayer and Albaz lore: Both of them have red horns. Albaz might unironically be counterparts of the Dracoslayer counterparts.
This lore really needs to be made into a show.
Albaz might yet have another gear of power that might yet be unlocked, and Ecclesia might be the Key
It could be a Synchro Evolution of Ecclesia using that power
Or a Fusion Albaz Dragon, merging their wishes and hopes together to bring out “the flame” that was mentioned in the Structure Deck
I’m leaning more towards the 2nd, but making Ecclesia as a Tuner…..kinda does make that 1st one possible
A Synchro of Albaz & Ecclesia ? That would be interesting.
Yeah but her weapon is broke so they might make a third ecclesia
We will probably get another ecclesia as well since incredible ecclesia is quite outdated at that point in the story, having lost her hammer and being devestated by fleur's death.
I dont think Aluber ejected Albaz. Remember from the Book, it mentioned a cold flame within the new dragon. I believe this is Albaz weilding the Icejade spike. He damaged the core of the beast in one last ditch effort to stop Aluber. Albaz the Ashen shows him standing weakened against what is likely an extremely enraged Aluber, who still has the power of both brands.
Thanks to GoldenNova, I know the histories and lores in Yugioh way better than history of my own country.
This lore is so cool I built a branded invoked dragon maid despia deck. Albaz can finally sit down with his harem hahahha
I have a feeling Albur is tied to the Despia Brand, as they show up upon Maximus opening the brands, and converting everyone into Despians. Perhaps summoning the power of Despia is summons forth Albur as well.
He might just be saint 666
Albaz Lore Part 8: AKA The Darkest Hour at the Abyss
1) So while Kitt and Sargas managed to win the tournament arc against the therion, this only enraged the sore loser that is the Argyro System, which caused it to create the Splight as a sudden extra challenge to pummel Kitt and Sargas, causing a 2 VS 1 scenario with the Springans going against the Therions AND the newly formed Splights....
2) Icejade Aegirine, filled with rage, grief and pain in her heart at seeing her mother die, created Icejade Creation Aegirocassis in revenge towards those who killed her mom, the despia
3) Albaz got spit out of Alba-Lenatus, and is still willing to put a fight despite seemingly no longer having any power, and only having an icicle as weapon from his Mirrorjade form
4) Fleur De Lis seemingly dies in Ecclesia's arms, all while the Despia and the White Relic of Dogmatika omninously gather around them, seemingly to capture them
The figure on top of Aegirocassis looks a lot like Mo Ye, so maybe she'll be the new Swordsoul Sovereign.
Yeah i thought same
Wasn't she killed by longyuan or wathever his name is?
He has her sword in hand in "icejade R..... " forgot that name
Nice video!
that's fucked up.
Man what a bleak cliff hanger. A banger video!!!
Can't wait to play Splights with Live/Evil twins💃.
Also I like how the 2 dragons coming together storyline is repeated in a way that makes it seem like it's all a parallel universe type of thing
Can't wait for the final set of lore to be an endgame style event
Branded Dogmatika Despia Aluber Maximus
VS
Albaz, Branded Therion Splight
Branded Tri.
Branded Despia.
Branded Springans.
Branded Dogamatika.
I really hope the icejades get more support, both in the TCG and the lore. I want an icejade synchro and for them to survive and fight back!
That would be so cool for them to have a synchro and would make so much sense considering everything that’s been going on
I can not wait for the grand conclusion to the Albaz storyline, and knowing Konami they are also bring out one hell of a Albaz fusion monster with insane effects to mark the Final battle against Dogmatika.
Perhaps, "Ecclesiastic Ablaz, the Virtuous Dragon"
OMG.... So Longyuan just pulled a Bakura!!!!??????!?!??
This series of cards have easily become my favorite, but damn I hope ecclesia will be ok.... but with the way the story is going... ecclesia is going to dead to trigger Albaz's next growth which is gonna be heart breaking
Unless DEspia kills the other first to make it almost complete, or finds a way to revive using her in Ecclesia stead.
That’s exactly what the game needs, more floodgates.
7:49 I don't know what sounds more disgustin. Splight / Frog or Splight / Ojama
23:49 that implies ecclesia and albaz were probably lost for weeks in the golganda desert trying to look for the springans and kitt.... which i love the implication that they bonded after being lost in the desert for that long
What happened with the Tri-brigade? Will they get Despia counterparts or something?
Man you should make a playlist for each lore, so everyone can find them easily
There is a playlist for the albaz lore, altho ig GoldenNova isn't the one who made it. If you look up "albaz lore playlist", one with the first 7 episodes comes up.
@@sircheese288 ah yes sorry my bad,
He has a playlist named "Dogmatika Lore", it's the official one. He hasn't put this last video on that playlist though, probably later
The standard plot line will be if Albaz is able to show another power from within that no one knew he had and/or Kitt and the Springans come through with reinforcements to the rescue.
...not gonna lie, that spriggan on albaz the ashen's shoulder is a checkov's gun, watch him "fusing" with it, or perhaps the opposite, as a cinematic parallel to his previous fusion powers and a show that despite aluber's theft, he has still got it in him
Albaz gets a broken retrain confirmed.
Or maybe the little Springan does something about Ecclesia and somehow we get a Springans Synchro monster.
I'm born and raised and still live in Texas...Thank you for the fundraiser
I literally just finished part 7 hoping part 8 would be here soon !! Great timing
Bird guy is likely alive, but outright demoralized or completely enraged.
Saint 666 is probably that little red haired girl we have yet to get a monster card of from one the Dogmatiia Genesis, unless she is actually the White Relic of Dogmatika, since Genesis is usually described as the beginning and that's her being anointed as a Saint.
Then that would make Maximus over 1000 year old. How that would work?
@@satorugojo6229 why not who knows which power the brand gave him through the years
@@satorugojo6229 well remember that there was all those church rules which basically kept maximus separated from the general population and he’s also considered the chosen representative of the church so i doubt anyone questions his longevity

Your videos have been amazing, so much so that I’m using one of my binders to try and recreate it >< (slowly getting there ^_^ need to refit stuff with this release)

Give us THIS story as an anime!
Behold a tier 0 deck, read them and weep freely.
There are two outcomes i think could happen
a martyr ending for albaz and ecclesia
or kitt saves the day
the first one would be interesting but i think the second will happen because its very much like a good shounen ln story
Great video! I can't wait to see what happens next in Albaz's story :)
Something IDK if people noticed, is that Sprind is not a form of Albaz, but them and Ecclesia driving a Jet (maybe a Spriggan)
Ah, I see Ecclesia is now our Ib...repeated getting kicked down
Quick question, how is Ecclisia seeing the body of Fluer?
Just caught up to this one... love the story and your presentation, amazing stuff!
Looking at the art of some of these cards like Icejade Agericosss and Albaz the Ashen, it's impressive how well the artists were able to draw in suggestions of blood without there actually being any so that they can get past censorship
Some really cool details I caught while watching this video:
The body in the top of Aegirocassis is eerily similar to Mo Ye. This could mean two things:
Either Aegirine is retaliating with the Swordsouls and using them as conduit for the Icejade powers instead of the other way around as it was before.
@@jackofaces107 i agree, its just that jumping into another storyline while the current one isn’t nearly over is kinda jarring, ngl
I think maiden 666 might actually be Barren Blossom’s unborn child. The Despian’s dark magic can revive the decease and give them form.
something funny i noticed is that this last part of the albaz lore fits near perfectly with the only thing i know for real from MGR
Been waiting a while for this one. I really hope they give us an interesting ending to this, it's my new favourite archetype.
Some very interesting lores they can make into anime and have a huge success are:

2. The World Legacy lore
3. Sky Striker lore
4. The Duel Terminal lore
5. The Spyral lore
6. Aleister universe lore (also includes Spellbook, Prophecy and others)
7. The Time Thief lore (includes S-Force archetype and more)

@@josea.ruizquinones9262 @José A. Ruiz Quiñones The wind Charmer is from the Gusto tribe, so the Charmer lore is a side story of the Duel Terminal. not holding anything back with her power and the IceJade's to bring the whole kingdom down.

The new card that was released today indicates that Fleurdellis is not dead but rather consumed into Despia and becoming one of them. We need a new lore video on this now.
Love this storyline I hope our heroes pull through in the next installment
Yooo I hear that Custom Robo music. That game goes hard. Props
Can’t wait!
"it also allows me to bring up Homestuck!"
The amount of profanities that came out of my mouth.

The concept art for Cosmocroix mentions that cosmocroix smiles a lot for an icejade and aegirine cries a lot for and icejade.
The artwork for icejade curse is ; ;
omg i was just watching your other videos on this series yesterday :O
The fact that Albaz has the icejade shiv on hand and there's an explosion blowing him away could very well mean that he punctured someting inside the chest brand which caused the explosion. I don't mean to say that the explosion wasn't unexpected, but I believe it's fair to say it's a result of Albaz's actions while absorbed (it also fits way better as a story beat).
I swear Konami needs to make a anime out of this, it’s pure gold
Damn, that Branded Central Dogmatika artwork hits hard...
Yesssssss 🥳🥳
Is that the “final” lore of the albaz related cards?
I don't think so, it's got a pretty big cliffhanger! Since POTE is the first of the new 4 Core Set Cycle, I believe we'll see at least 3 more installments, though if the Structure deck counted as one of them, we may only see 2.
@@GoldenNovaYugioh ohh got it thanks!
Something Funny I've been experimenting with Splight is Ojama Splight with Dark Armed Dragon as a Ojamatch Target for some extra spice
It’s the worst that iris is gone bro I hate it so much
guess what, more archetypes tied to the albaz lore have been announced for darkwing blast, the byssted, which i probably spelled wrong, and what seems to be a corrupted ecclesia that will give a few people some iblee flashbacks
Man
The last thing I expected to hear from a Yu-Gi-Oh video is fucking Homestuck
I can't escape it, I truly can't fight it
Calling it right now Aluber is gonna lose control of all the power he now has after stealing it from Albaz.
Aluber could be saint 666
Konami should hire this guy to narrate the Solo Duel stories in Master Duels.
34:45 looks like albaz broke out he has an ice jade shard in his hand
I have not seen this much domination in the ocg in awhile so i was really curious
