I did the 100 jumping jacks and then the 100 burpees, at first is was okay cause that was my first time ever doing more then 10 burpees so I felt great besides being a little exhausted but then for the next 5 days my legs hurt like HELL and it was so painful to walk up or down stairs, or bend my legs. If you see my comment and are thinking about trying it, please start small and do maybe 10-25 burpees a day, and keep building up until 100 so you can save yourself the pain.
The results are amazing if you take a break form unhealthy stuff too. If you cant do it heres a warm up to the real workout that made it easier: -75 jumping jacks -50 burpees on the first day or two and then advance to 75 and then 100 later on -Jump squats stay the same - Skip plank crawl - 1 set of plank up and down - 1 set of plank twist - 75 crunches stay the same
True guy I could see results in just 3 days yall i just got my periods on day 4 couldn’t continue but I definitely saw a really big difference in just 3 days it was amazing
@@V_M666that's do-able, as long as your in a calorie deficit, (eat less, or keep eating as normal) as long as you're burning more calories than your eating, you'll be good

I did it and I almost fainted I couldn’t keep going to the next things and when I did it I used to exercise every day and I was pretty strong but this thing is so hard
Everyone trying it, if this is going to be a long term thing in your daily routine, start with the walking burpees, trust me, it still works and with time you will be able tk do 100 jumping burpees, talking from experience
Burpees suck so much. Theyre not a starting workout either. Doing 100 is kind of nuts. If you're starting to learn burpees and youve never done burpees. Start small. Sitting squat to regular controlled body weight. Then wall pushups to knee push ups.
I actually do the 100 burpees first just to get it over with and then I take a quick water break and continue the rest of the workout. After I'm done with all the workout I take another water break and then I do some kpop dances and weights.
I have done the le sserafim workout before, and at least for me, I think people demonize it a lot lol. If you rest between sets and drink enough water then you could get through it without a problem.

That was the reason i never did the workout because of the burpees, but you've motivated me to try it!☺️
I did it for a week and trust me the first 2 or 3 days the burpees will be a pain in the butt,but after at least 3 days they shouldn’t be a challenge.

You could always skip the burpees or do half the burpees and then add in another exercise for the remaining reps
Ive done it everday for 4 weeks now and it’s very hard but rewarding my stomach is getting toned and flat try it!!!

The first time I did it I forgot you had to do them in sets so I did them in a row and almost fainted but know I’m used to it 😭

I did the whole lsrfm workout for a week and I saw many changes!
