This cook was so fun & some of my fav briskets I ever cooked. 🙏🏼
That brisket is a beautiful sight!
I want a mill scale so bad That brisket looked delicious
Great cook! Love the mill scale. Brisket was on time!
Seriously considering getting a mill scale 94. Would love to see a dedicated video on how you handle fire management on the MS94.
Texas all day long. 🤘🏽
Love your videos
Look amazing just like that smoker
Matt, that's the way to do it. Send those kids off to school so there's more for y'all haha! Not sure if you remember, but I met you randomly at the rodeo cookoff this year during the cleanup phase afterwards. Hope you're doing well!
How often are you tending to that fire throughout the night. Mill Scale stick burner is on my list next. Taking the leap from a GMG pellet grill.
Don't Forget Yeti is a Austin, Tx based company 😁😁🤘
🔥 KABOOOOOOOM🔥 Lickin’ my chops!!!
Think if I ever get a offset. Mill Scale will be the way to go.
How much wood do you think you used for that cook?
