I'VE MADE A JOINT FORCES MILITARY BASE AT OUTPOST ZIMONJA | Fallout4 mods

Outpost Zimonja was an abandoned settlement. Strange location with nothing around and nothing valuable except an old antenna, It was initially overlooked by the minutemen during first stages of the great urbanisation. But later on, when a cooperation agreement between MM and RR was signed, a proposal arose to create a secret joint military base, giving a start to search for suitable inconspicuous location. Then, minutemen remembered about Outpost Zimonja. Shortly after arrival, to examine the place yet again, a team of construction workers discovered a hatch, which was previously completely covered with earth and sand, therefore was unnoticed till that moment. The hatch led to several pre-war underground techinical rooms, which were probably used for maintenance porposes before the war. This discovery led to final choise of Outpost Zimonja for construction of secret military facility for joint forces.
