And then this price is worth and i am sure once the buyer seller are in front of each other, this can get some reduction as well. So i believe this is a great price for a beautifully done up house.

Vile parle East me itna bhav nahi hai sir. Asking price is 60k carpet. Very high. Going rate is 42k-43k.
