    It's an agreeable apartment, but the asking price has been overestimated. Considering the location and the building it should sell comfortably around 15 to 16 Cr.

    The only advantage of this property is monthly maintenence. The asking price is way too high for the interiors done. Poor taste for the price. And apart from terrace, other windows/balconies have overlooking view of adjacent buildings. So asking is way too high.

    You should start offering parachutes with property in case of emergency there is no way anyone will be able to make it down through stairs....
    Parachutes could be nice house warming gifts for people living in these buildings

    Currently in Matunga the price is Rs.55,000 to 60,000 per sqft which will sum upto 16 to 17 CR

    5:06 they are right. Once someone has stayed in Western/ South Mumbai they cannot step to Central line even for shopping 😂😂
    By the way central line flats should respect this point and keep their asking price accordingly. Just because they have a pin code of Mumbai they cannot have vibes of South/West Mumbai and so the pricing point!!
