Good stuff. My work has a low drawbar pressure situation that should be in the works soon.

Ever had to work on desktop cnc mills by chance? What are the ones you'd suggest that can mill metal?

Awesome video. Thanks. I have an older machine with very low hours. In your experience, do the washers age out or wear out? What I mean is will material creep cause those washers to relax sufficiently to require replacement over a long period of time, even if the machine isn't used? Or is it typically flexing due to a high number of tool changes that fatigues them? Thanks.

If you do not keep a tool in the spindle then your draw bar is relaxed. The washers are NOT under tension and therefore won't lose tension. Never keep a tool in the spindle unless it is working.
