Happy Birthday. I'm having a similar feeling. 23 and confused. I don't know which direction to take or which interest of mine should i focus on. But I'm feeling better and peaceful after a 10 day exhausting and refreshing trek in the mountains a few days ago. I've to wait and watch where my heart and time will take me.

Found your channel of your review of a fuji cam, stayed for this video. I can really relate to this. I am turning 25 in 3 months and I ( like everyone ) am constantly confronted by the social media race. Seeing what other people achieve at the same age is sometimes pretty discouraging. But like you said you have to be kind to yourself and also look back at al the things you already achieve. Everyone walks life in a different way.

I'm just here to tell you that 25 is an awesome age. I'm sure you will enjoy it, make great memories and continue growing! And feeling a bit disoriented is completely normal and part of the game - and honestly, the alternative would be to have a monotonous life completely planned out, with no surprises, no turns, no variation and nothing to distinguish you from the rest of the normies. So embrace that insecurity and disorientation - it also has some hidden benefits, you just can't see them yet.

There’s a lot of people out in this world that are thinking the exact same thing as you right now; myself included once upon a time. Comparison is the thief of joy - delete social media platforms like Instagram; it’s all toxic. Try meditation and find gratitude and fulfilment in what you have right now. Enjoy the process of just creating and follow what you believe in and are passionate about.

Oh maaan, you feel lost?! But, you're awesome. I keep being surprised when awesome people turn out to be not actually invincible.

    Hi there,
I was rerouted from your tech video on the samsung s8
I saw this video and wanted to share that feeling behind is something everyone feels, and that the physical pain for feeling behind is something many of us have felt before. As someone super self critical i totally know that feeling of feeling like i have wasted my earlier years.
I hope that self acceptance and self love is something you can find - you have so many years in your life to continue to grow and change as a person!
I hope that you have a community in real life and close to you which you can rely on where it matters.
    Good luck for the future

"Comparison is the thief of joy"
I'll give you the same advice I gave to my son who's also your age. For the next 10-15 years go find yourself. It's ok. Find a job. If you don't like it, move on to the next. Keep learning as you go. Keep trying. As long as you give it a solid try and don't half-ass it. It's ok to feel lost, because you're young and inexperienced. Totally normal. Good news is when you get to my age (40s), you won't even care what anyone thinks; one of the few perks of growing older. You just naturally stop caring because you realize none of it matters. We all arrive at the finish line the same. Ignore the external voices, nobody cares about your life except you. And other people only care about theirs. Very few things are truly important. It may be family, friends or freedom.

Clinical Psychology student here. Look up "Jeffrey Arnett emerging adulthood". What you're feeling is entirely normal, but it is a relatively new developmental period that needs further research and understanding. It's typically only seen in more developed countries and is marked by identity exploration and a sense of ambiguity about where you fit in between teenager and adult. You're not alone in how you feel, and I hope that helps in some small way. Happy late birthday!

Wow, you are 25 and you're felling pressured about life... when I was 25 I care less about my future, I was still partying with college friends. It wasn't until I reached my 30s that I started being serious, and worked my way up to have a 6 digit salary (USD). Enjoy your youth, your time will come too.

Qual seria a sua idade se você não soubesse quantos anos você tem? A juventude é uma idade horrível que apreciamos apenas no momento em que sentimos saudade dela. Coragem ! Parabéns
