    I've always been a HUGE fan of Chromebooks but they just weren't legitimately on my shopping list because Celeron/Athlon. But with this, this is the way to go. Great stuff!

      So good to see some more power, especially for the prices!

    just swapped from windows 10 on my dell laptop to chrome os flex and am obsessed. material u is the unifying unsung hero of alphabet's entire ecosystem lol - it's simple and stunning and makes my eyes want more. i ditched my iphone 14 pro for a pixel 8 pro and my airpods for the pixel buds pro. never thought I'd feel impassioned about 'google' but they're crushing it in my eyes

      What I love about Google's products is the simplicity of them all. They work for everyone and don't have major barriers that can be hard for consumers to jump over such as software and usability (at least in my opinion). Enjoy your new ecosystem!

    I haven't used a Chromebook in ages! I currently have a 13 inch MacBook Pro, primarily for music production, but my partner needs a new laptop, so I'll be getting this for her 😊

      I too have a MBP but the 14" M2 Pro but to see such a budget friendly non Apple laptop with power is such a win! I think you'll make a wise decision getting her one of these

      @@Liessshy I think so too! Definitely a win, especially in this economy 😅

    How is the screen? I recently bought the HP 360 2in1 chromebook plus. The colors were washed out and after looking at the screen for more than 10 minutes hurt my eyes. Photos of this Asus looks good. Hows your experience?

    I am in a personal Apple system/chromebook battle at the moment. I have Iphone 12 mini, apple watch, apple home lights but I also have a dearly loved HP 360 3 or 4 year old chromebook that I watch all social media, pay bills on, emails and It just works. Screen is cracked so I had to snip the touch screen digitizer so now its just not touch. I love chromebooks. Battle is do I buy an ipad ( too many laptops already to buy macbook ) or do I replace this much loved chromebook with another chromebook when this sadly dies....the struggle is real. Can an Ipad (10thgen) replace a chromebook?

      I've only seen this ASUS CX34 so I'm not sure. There is a HP and a second ASUS that I know of, but so far that's all I've seen. There may be more, but I'm not sure, sorry

    The i3 processor is the norm for Chromebook Plus - is it worth upgrading to i5?
    I'm not sure why you want to run MS Office on your Chromebook - Google apps are pretty amazing!

    • @Liessshy
      @Liessshy  7 месяцев назад +2

      I guess it depends on what you want to use it for. More power will never hurts, incase you want to push it a bit more. I would never buy an i3 laptop myself as I know I need a bit more processing power.

      I also love google apps too haha but it is important to know that people CAN use M365 - it's not a restriction anymore

    Im tellin' ya, chromebooks are taking over the game. With a high-end chromebook like the samsung chromebook Fiesta Red, or the acer chromebook spin 714 or the hp dragonfly, etc. You'll get everything you need done and then some.

    Great review, I myself have worked on Chromebooks at my IT job, they're ok, the Chrome OS was interesting, but I did have issues booting to a USB drive(I was trying to reinstall Chrome OS, one of our instructors wanted to use a Chromebook, sadly after researching the issue online I had to tell him it wasn't possible. Ah well.) It would be interesting to work on these new refreshes! I refurbish donated technologies which then we sell or give to schools or individuals who need them! I really enjoy when you especially review new laptops as there is a really good chance I'll probably see them come through my work! Hope you are doing well and have a wonderful night and a amazing tomorrow!! 🎮🖖😊🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Marcus

    ahaha I'm so calling it fruit brand from now on. But seriously, I have been curious about chromebooks, so thanks for the info. I hardly touch my fruitbook, these days, but I still need a powerful little laptop to pop in my travel bag and looking at alternatives to fruit because the pricepoint is just a killer.
