Thanks Kevin. As usual, a high utility tutorial, delivered in an absolutely professional manner, with clarity of both visuals and voice. Kudos and keep going!

This is a beautifully done video tutorial. It concisely presented exactly what I wanted to know quickly without wasting my time on extraneous banter. I had already spent a few hours investigating text to speech when I found your video and got all I wanted to know in a mere 12 minutes. The computer screen on the video was clear and readable. The demonstrations were concise. It was nice of you to take the time to make this tutorial and efficiently help others. Watching it made me think about making a few videos of my own about things I know about (like Photoshop) so I can help others the way you do.
Excellent video, as always. Thank you so much. Perhaps, you forgot to mention what I think is the primary function of text to speech. People like me with visual impairments use them all the time. Those are our eyes and readers to the world.n
Hi Kevin. Is it possible to use this TTS software in a RUclips video? In other words does it have any problem with copyright issues? Thank you very much
I found out that in Edge there are more than a 100 of voices and they sound EXTREMELY realistic!!!! So I reccomend using it. Anyways, thanks for the cool tutorial. I've never thought you could make a system sound recording in Audacity that easily. Thanks.
Hey kevin. I have a question, using the balabolka program, can I use these recordings for commercial purposes (e.g. making money on youtube)? And can I use these recordings for commercial purposes using this tts online feature in balabolka ? After all, you have to pay for it by going separately to a site such as IBM WATSTON or microsoft azure ?

Hi Kevin. Great video! I downloaded the Balabolka which is great. However I was searching for a child's voice to turn my text to speech and couldn't find any? (I'm using PowerPoint slides for kids, that I have learned to use from your videos also btw!). Can you recommend a free application download that has children's voices to turn text to speech? Thank you.😊
Yay! Thank you so much! This is what I've been hoping you'd cover! I retain more information if I hear it more so than reading so this is extremely helpful. You're so awesome‼️ 🤗 💕
Sadly, I can't get this since I only have a Chromebook, which doesn't support this app and only accepts apps that requires me to pay for subscriptions in each text-to-voice converting site I visit. :'(
Hi Kevin, I would like to create cartoon videos for children's stories. Could you please make a video on this? or can you suggest to me the website available for creating 2d animation videos
Hi Kevin. thank you for sharing this wonderful video. I badly need a good TTS app and Balabolka is a good fit for my videos. Thanks again. You are awesome!
If you use text to speech readers for your RUclips channel, and if you are getting gains or monetization from it, or if its for business online somehow, do you have to worry about legal issues? Are you protected and is it legal? I very much like this idea, as I cough a lot in person when I talk. But I don't want to be surprised about this part. This stuff is really cool for those of us that aren't as photogenic. Thanks.
Another OUTSTANDING VIDEO. Thank you for adding value to my RUclips Experience. THIS is time worth spent. Binge on Kevin Stratvert educational content! My boss is always wondering where I learned to perform that new tech skill. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED, Kevin. Do you offer one-on-one training sessions?
Absolutely Awesome! Thank you very much for this video Kevin Very well done, insightful and with practical use cases. You go straight to the point and don't waste any time with unnecessary pontification. 5 thumbs up! P.S. I feel the computer-generated voice sounded more natural than your voice. Is that really your natural voice???
Hey Kevin! I was impressed with how you had a text to speech voice that sounded just like yours. I'm actually curious how you make a voice for these kinds of things? What kind of process goes into that?
Bravo and gracias! Thank you for responding to my request. This is great! This is one particular useful tutorial for me. I have been looking for this high quality tutorial for a long time! Thanks for answering my prayer. Best wishes!
Kevin, I use the transcription app in Microsoft Teams and I am astounded at its accuracy. I'm a math teacher, so my lectures get pretty technical. Still, I find very few mistakes. Now, I want to watch and listen to your video about the converter.
Every one says that the software he is telling is free but acctually they dont let you do anything without paying Kevin brother had told us 100% free and accurate softwares
I have a question: let's say you want to say a few words in Spanish/French (in between your TTS in English), Is it possible to make these words in Spanish/French to sound as natural as the ones in English? Is there some "SSML trick" that allows you to change languages on sentence-by-sentence basis?
That last option was the bomb for me! I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out how to get more voices for Balabolka, but everything that was recommended on the Internet was outdated, obsolete, or just didn't work. Then you pointed out at the end of this video that you can save an input text in a voice of one's choice file directly through one of those options in the Save Audio File window (I chose IBM Watson) from a wide choice of voices (I chose James), not only the artificial-sounding MS David and MS Zira! This means I can now record my own audiobooks from text and epub files! Thank you Kevin! 😂😁
Awesome video, Kevin! Although I really like the sound of the Balabolka app, I'm extremely paranoid about installing ANY Russian-made software on my computer... especially in light of all the Russian ransomware attacks on the U.S. oil and meat packing industries lately.
Great video once again!! You know, I work as a content creator for a company and I know about TTS and stuff but I discovered how to record the Immersive reader only a week back and here you are teaching the whole world about it. Telepathy I suppose. And yes, you definitely sound better than any of the Natural AI based TTS voices. You rock Kevin!!
wow! awesome! watching your tutorial gives me the chills... you explain it in a very simple way yet after I watched it, I then realize how useful the skill is. thank you very much kev. :)

It's amazing how difficult Windows makes it to record system sound. This video is solid gold!
Yes, the "stereo mixer" tip was very good and makes Voice Recorder useful for general recording and trimming although it won't save as mp3 only mp4.
Don't you know we can record the screen with internal sound and just extract the audio file???
