    Love the Dutch accent and the great work session.m you do a wonderful job of pre-explaining the moves which is helpful for both beginners as well as advanced..something always to learn!

      Hi Marc, thanks for your feed-back! Really appreciated! Please do try more of my workouts. I'm sure you'll like them as well! By the way, my first language is indeed Dutch! In fact it's Flemish, but it's the same language.

      @@ECTZONE that explains the “soft edge” to your accent. I spent a lot of time in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Utrecht, Brussels and once to Bruges. I’ve also spent time with Afrikaner speaking S. Africans, which is to old Dutch as Shakespeare is to old English! I have done many of your workouts. They are great. Sometimes I hit the jump rope for a minute or so, before, during, and after your sessions as a way to kick in some aerobics. Enjoy your day and greetings from the West Coast of the USA

    While I a newbie to TRX, I was able to complete this workout. Great workout. Can this be a daily workout? Will you to making more advanced upperbody suspension workouts?

      Hi Garland! Thanks for your feedback! This workout can be done daily although I di recommend to alternate between upper/lower body and core workouts. You could also try a full (total) body workout every other day! I will post a new one tomorrow!
