This so much. You can snipe with basically anything in RS2 including iron sights. Grass doesn't even render past 50 meters even on highest settings and RS2 player models stick out really well. I do it with folded stocks on auto just to prove a point.
The Mosin just uses clips to load, the bullets are actually stored in a 5 round internal magazine, so the SVD does have double the magazine capacity of the Mosin never second guess yourself king
its a difference between noobs and noobs..ppl who are coming from other tac shooters can get the feel of the game more easily i think...my 3rd or 4th game got like 60+ kills with the m16 (or m4) dont remember...keep these vids coming if u feel it brother man..
The SVD is great but it makes a very unique and loud sound, so everyone in a 300m radius is deadly aware of your approximate position. Not really a problem at all with MAS or M1 for example
Something I've noticed over way too many hours of this game but never seen official confirmation of, recon/loach spotting can spot you while you are prone in RS2, but only if you are firing while it's active.
Oh, foolish Tantwo! The Mosin-Nagant does use a magazine, but not detachable box magazine(s). All firearms, that can hold more rounds than they are capable of chambering at one time, have a magazine. The SxS Shotgun, used by the NVA and VC forces in RS2, has two rounds; but they are chambered, not held in a magazine. The Mosin-Nagant has a chambered round, when ready to fire, with 4 [or 5] additional rounds in a frame-integrated non-detachable magazine. Rifles like the L1A1 have a round in the chamber, when ready to fire, and 19 [or 20] additional rounds in a self-contained detachable magazine.
If you want even more obscure RS2 weapon knowledge, any statically placed weapon on a map is already automatically +1 (if it can be +1'd, open bolt guns like the Thompson are an exception). An example of this is Firebase Georgina on Foxtrot, the little armory at the back of the base has a few M16's and M60's lying around, and all of them are already +1'd. Same with the guns hidden in the underground tunnel between bravo/charlie.
Love you brother, but I am absolutely an iron sights Mosin man Edit: The reticle in the scope of the SVD is really cool and interesting though; I've loved that thing since I played Metal Gear Solid 3 as a kid. Makes a lot of sense IRL if you know what all the dots and lines are for.
i didnt even realize i was in your game yesterday, I was natureascended and you killed me so much 😭I switched to pilot later on and was with habir for most of the round
2 ways I do it, 1 - call in recon, it has quick cool down and 2 - If there are helis you can ask them to fly above 75m for a second to see if they get an AA warning
There's bullet travel time and drop in RS2. You can also range sights to affect the upward angle at which your gun shoots. Drop and velocity of a round is determined by the caliber and barrel length of a gun, as well as the penetration power. The only thing RS2 doesn't have modeled is ricochets and bullets do not divert when in the body, once they hit you they either stop or go straight through you.
Imagine a Vietnam game with the same type of game like isonzo 20v20 with that fast time to kill in a Vietnam era. Pretty good graphics like isonzos and it would be on console.
I can hit whit oute a scope aboute 270 Meters. I play in WHQD 144 fps. Should not to difficult for you to manage that. Maybe youre DPI on the mouse needs adjustments, thats what i dit.
Big shout out to LITTLE MAN and especially GhostedCoyote, they played incredibly well and contested me and it made me feel alive
he mad
Meanwhile me sniping with the M2 carbine, with my face 5cm from the screen
Me arching my revolver shots like a mortar to get a 130m+ instead of rearming main gun
Amateurs, 94m headshot with the SxS shotgun with slugs is the way to do it

Keep the RS2 content coming 🗣💥
i like the fact that you used red orchestra 2 heroes of stalingrad soundtrack , so nostalgic !!!!!

The finals music so good it even fits in mil sims
the svd has a really distinct sound so i prefer the Mosin when the enemy team has a brain
SO IT WAS YOU!! You shot me from the lighthouse lol

techechnicaullyyyyy revolvers have cylinders and not magazines

My favorite sniper rifle is the PPSh because I can just spray in the general direction of an enemy and get a lucky headshot over 100m.
Reminds me of my days racking sniper kills on resort. Good times.
i didnt even realize i was in your game yesterday, I was natureascended and you killed me so much 😭I switched to pilot later on and was with habir for most of the round
The SVD dragunov its the best marksman rifle in the game, sadly it can only be used late campaign
Is the game would upgradethe graphic?
The only thing now I find difficult in this game is all the newcomers don't know how to play radio role 😂
you can really lock down a part of a map as one sniper or even one mosin sharp shooter
I would love a soft remaster of rs3 with ue4-5 and at least 100 players in each team. I think that would be amazing.
I’m proud of that game play for you , you got a discord for rs2
The RS2 GOM server is the best discord for rs2.
This is the first time where I constantly get 80+ kills in every few matches its crazy, they don’t even shoot back at you most of the time.
Mosin no scope absolutley obliterate 1 guy then die
i once got 27 kills with svd iron sight as attackers because no one had balls to rush the objectives
13:07 this is some weird RS2
One of Bromley's crack binge induced creations I think.
I can never get the roles I want because I load in too slow. At least I have loads of experience with the ak lmao
As commander, how do you know when enemy AA is up?
2 ways I do it, 1 - call in recon, it has quick cool down and 2 - If there are helis you can ask them to fly above 75m for a second to see if they get an AA warning
@Tantwo thanks for the tip!
Is there Bullet drop in RS2?

I like snipers, i do. But god i with they weren't the best class in every tac shooter
I need a new Vietnam game man😢
Imagine a Vietnam game with the same type of game like isonzo 20v20 with that fast time to kill in a Vietnam era. Pretty good graphics like isonzos and it would be on console.
Man this game is sooooo exhausthing especially if you new to this kind a game
I don’t really like sniping I much rather take an m60 because more bullets means more kills

Does this mean OCE servers are popular again??
Sadly not really. I see a lot of OCE players on NA server mainly.
@queuedjar4578 oh I must've been lucky on Friday then! 2 full servers were going in the evening
Bullying new players 👎👎👎
only the stronk survive
Skill issue
We all got bullied, that's how you learn to get better,is he meant to ask them if they're new before he shoots them lol?
Its not bullying youre just a sensitive wimp
I'm also a new player, I also bully the new players, it's the best way to learn! Got the game 5 days ago, and I've already put like 25 hours in
