the good thing about this REIT is we are starting past covid. so yung factors ng covid, andito na. iif it goes to the lowest point of its life, eto na yun, or in a matter of few weeks lang.

I think REIT is an ideal investment for beginners and conservative investors because there is a law which requires to pay at least 90% of distributable annual income as dividends. I also read somewhere that REIT is highly liquid since you can easily sell all or some of your shares through the PSE.
