Delivered very well, without sounding a need to convince the audience to 'believe me, i have the authority to talk about it.' Napakagaan panoorin yung discussion mo po madam, no emphasis needed, clear cut, no extra talks 😋
What will be the difference between ALI and this upcoming Ayala REIT as to where their investments will be coming from and other fundamentals? Isn’t ALI’s growth dependent too to its real estate arm? Thank you.
Any input on RIET pricing given the time of pandemic? Especially when most offices are going to WFH set ups and lessening physical spaces? Who will be the future users of RIET properties?
Hi Eden, we're currently accommodating limited account opening signups per day. You can check our signup link at 9AM PHT each day to open a COL account at signup.colfinancial.com 😊
REIT can never out perform the profits from stock dividends. REIT focus on redistribution meaning it is an investment vehicle for people willing to hold for a very long time.
Subscribed po last july 28 with sufficient funds.
The first philippine REIT, the Ayala Land REIT, will have its initial public offering on July 27. You can subscribe to this through your COL account, or by creating a PSE EASy account. For more details on how to participate in that IPO, you can log in to your COL account on Monday. You can also check out subscription instructions here: colfinancial.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000171601-how-do-i-subscribe-to-an-ipo-thru-col-financial-
90% interesting, in Canada they dont distribute it as dividends usually its income monthly, and REITs has the most complicated taxes here compared to owning shares in a company. I love u April Tan, been following u for a while ur smart and beautiful and very knowledgeable :)
Since 90% of the earnings are given to the shareholders, what happens to the remaining 10%? I guess this will be the profit/share of the one who managed the REIT?
Hope this helps! Salamat!
Wag muna - having no Philippine equity position is the best position. So much macroeconomics and Philippine market dynamics risks. See how it goes on the market, and should really want REIT - buy on support after a few days or months after listing.
Just some concerns here, how is this going to be beneficial if this pandemic is changing the thinking of everybody to change working environment from office to home? We didn't even know when this will stop and more and more businesses are going online. What is the reason of having the need of rental storage room or rental office for their businesses? Moreover, just my thought nobody's buying a rental property these days.
That's a risk associated with the REIT! Those are great great questions indeed. Yes nobody is buying these days dahil nga sa pandemic, but doesn't say for sure in the future hehe.
Haha honestly, no. Baka magimprove in the longer run, parang stocks lang din naman yan eh.
😍😍😍 Thanks for the info!

Thank you Ms. April Tan😍
Great idea posting these educational videos. Last I heard, there were still regulatory uncertainties with REIT's, is this still the case?
Easy to understand. Newbie-friendly
Very helpful po itong video na ito.
May I ask what’s the incentive of a company for issuing REITs? In my opinion the distribution of 90% of income may be too high?
Tax benefits, plus they can use the assets they get from investors
Thanks for the ideas..🥰
Any input on RIET pricing given the time of pandemic? Especially when most offices are going to WFH set ups and lessening physical spaces?
Who will be the future users of RIET properties?
