- So I got lucky! I managed to secure a seat at Burnt Ends Singapore, thanks to an unknown someone cancelling his/her seat at the last minute. lol. I have been try-inggggg to revisit Burnt Ends for the longest time since they relocated to Dempsey at end 2021.
Burnt Ends is a modern barbecue restaurant serving modern Australian barbecue and boutique wines and spirits in a fun, relaxed atmosphere (am fully quoting their website here 😂).
Date of Meal: August '23
Type of Meal: Lunch
Menu: Tasting Menu
Address: 7 Dempsey Road, 01-02, Singapore
Awards & Accolades: 1 Michelin Star
And as the video title goes, I burnt a hole in my wallet. Not literally 😂 But yah...
So the important question is... "Was the meal worth the splurge?" "Will I do it again?" Hmm...!

LOL LOL LOL!!! I normally get scolded for ordering so much. This is the first time I am being thanked 😝 And nope, they didn’t mention the prices. But the menu does state the tasting menu ranges from $280 to $350 (non ‘carry out’ standard 😂).

Thank you very much for the honest and accurate review. No idea why they're always booked out, there's no way they're getting so many first timers. Do they have a separate platform for repeat customers or sth?
Burnt Ends attract quite a fair bit of tourists too! The pairs seated on my left and right were holidaying in Singapore. But BE do have a strong base of regulars. I won't be surprised if they have a separate booking platform for regulars. But that's speculation now. lol.

I am sorry I spoiled it for you. :( If you really really really wish to give it a try, probably stick to the a-la carte menu. That way, you have control over your orders! Since you know now what dishes to avoid. 🙊
Uni slider for 70 dollars :x Same price as the Uni sushi I added on at Ashino 😭Sanger was bad the last time I went as well, felt a little too wet for a burger. Hopefully your next food adventure will be more fulfilling. Side note rip to cracked screen 😞
To be fair to Burnt Ends… Their uni slider is bigger than the sushi at Ashino 😅 Still ex, but I be more heart pain spending $70 on a sushi 🙊 And yes yes! I can’t wait to share my meal at Small’s! I had such a fabulous time!!!
