I'm developing a habit of listening to your beautiful music as I start my day. Besides my health my biggest challenge at the moment is having the motivation, energy and mental focus to work on decluttering, cleaning and organising my house with the aim of getting rid of at least half of the accumulated "debris" that has built up in my house over the last 15 years of being disabled. I find that if I can get myself to focus on a task for the length of one song then i get into it and can finish it without getting sidetracked. I give myself permission to stop when the song stops even if I'm not finished. I also use your music to time my breaks, one or two songs is usually long enough to rest or settle pain down again.
I'm so much more productive when videos like this are playing in the background. So far this week I've gotten rid of a load of rubbish and recycling that filled a Ute (utility) and trailer. Beautiful. It remind me of my dad's love for guitars. I play this at night for my 8 year old and right away she falls asleep. I can feel the anointing as i cry. 🙏
