There literally is nothing to learn at this point in time about prolonging life. It is extremely basic. Just eat well, exercise, be in nature as much as you can, and keep your space peaceful.

Exercise and healthy eating are good things, and they can greatly reduce your risk of illness, but they can't *eliminate* the risk.
