    I take my 034 Motorsport stage 1 tuned car to the dealership regularly for routine maintenance. Here was my process. 1. Make friends with the service manager. 2. Tell them that you want to maintain a relationship with their service department, but your car is tuned. 3. Come to an agreement for future visits. So, for me, I go to the service department with the car tuned and remind them not to "plug it in" to audi's system when i visit. And they never have. Just build rapport with your service department. I understand this won't work for everyone, but it's a great place to start.
