As I'm writing then I see the drain issue lol. There's levels to this shit
I usually climb inside the compactor to scrape it. Unless I can reach all walls with my arms. Not pleasant but it's the fastest way and also to ensure nothing goes down the drain and plug it.
Omg thats jammed ...I'd walk that is so hard to get out. I don't get payed to do the supers job eh

It’s called a sludge sucker… you hook your pressure wash gun up to it to suck water up
I just found your channel and I love all your videos. I'm trying to get into the business I live in Chicago. My only concern is how to do you protect the sprinkler heads located inside the chute from breaking from the high pressure washing??
Hello ... there was only one time we clipped the sprinkler head when cleaning. The sprinkler head will not be affected by the pressure of the water, but if your spinner clips or snags it.. it can break off the fire sprinkler, and water will keep running till the main line is shut off for the building. Always make sure when you are cleaning you force the spinner toward the middle or back of the trash chute to avoid issues like this. As you clean you will also create some processes to ensure cleaning run smoothly, but it comes with time, experience, and some mistakes along the way😩. Let me know if you have any other questions 🤙
@@islandbincleaners6255 thank you for the reply I really appreciate it. I have everything set up and I got my first job schedule for next Monday. A 11 story building and am absolutely nervous. So as long as I keep the spinner center to back of chute the pressure or the hot water won't trigger the fire sprinkler? And that one time it happened to you was it an easy fix?
