I loved when she said "my kid is pescatarian" and then described how she adjusts her cooking for her child. I've seen parents that mock their kids when they want to try going vegetarian/pescatarian/etc., and it builds a resentful relationship with meals. I developed an ED as an adult, but I am very grateful that my dad was such a caring and adaptable cook growing up. If he wasn't so in tune to our dietary needs, my ED would probably be worse today.
Mila Kunis ate 1,200 calories per day to lose 20lbs to play a ballerina in Black Swan, a starvation diet I tried to copy when my eating was still very disordered. Mila herself would have thought I was nuts. In her normal life, she's one of the few celebs who actually seems to have a very healthy relationship with food and openly enjoys eating. She was honest about her restrictive diet for the role, emphasized how miserable it was (plus several hours of intense exercise 7 days per week, and smoking cigarettes to suppress appetite), and said she didn't recommend it for anyone. Me typing my comment: “I actually found this to be one of the most refreshing and relatable episodes in the Harper’s Bazaar celeb WIEAD series.” Abbey two seconds later: *says the exact same thing*
Not relevant to the video but really important. Mila is Ukrainian ,born in Ukraine.Ukranian Borshch inscripted on UNESCO’s list of Intagible Cultural Heritage . Over 400 years is trying to destroy Ukraine and it’s people ,language and culture. They don’t have their own culture so everything they claim theirs is not. As a Ukrainian it hurts me to hear it and from Mila and from Abbey. I completely understand why Mila said that . As a kid if immigrants who moved during the time of Soviet Union and influenced b russian propaganda ,she definitely doesn’t have ukranian identity and that’s ok. And completely understand why Abbey repeat that ,she doesn’t know those nuances as well. But I do know that everyone is aware about russian crimes towards not only Ukranians but the world and the planet. These days mentioning anything russian in any contects except the war ,this is what irrelevant.
I agree with Mila and you. However we have "leftovers" more then once a week. On Saturdays I cook one or two meals that make great leftovers or can turn into different meals. We always do buffet style because of our different dietary needs and food texture aversions. My husband and both of our teen children are on the autism spectrum.
Hi Abbey! First, thank you so much for your wonderful content, it has truly helped me more than you know. Can you review the fasting episode of Chris Hemsworth’s series on Disney plus called Limitless? I’m curious if in your research, you are able to reveal if the science (on longevity) really supports this extreme kind of fasting that he attempted. It seems crazy to me. Excited to watch your next video!! :)
Not to forget, she is originally from the Ukraine. The East of Europe is generally very grounded when it comes to food choices e.g. no waste, you eat what's available. I think that may have translated into her diet today.
Loving the shameless crushing on Ashton Kutcher 😂 this was so normal and refreshing, let’s review more healthy-minded celebrities like this (if you can find them)
Maria Khoeva (Marachok) from Mariinsky just put up a What I eat in a day vid. Just wondering if Abbey could find the time to review it? My instinct says it is all very nutritious and healthy and definitely not enough. But this is her during injury recovery (so I am assuming she does just 1 ballet class and maybe some other work out class as opposed to the full day of dancing she normally does). Wondering if disregarding portion sizes, it would be the type of meals to aim towards eating for a regular person that doesn't work out (cause the meals all look very achievable for a non-cook)

Abbey crushing on Ashton Kutcher is cracking me up! But seriously, I love how down to earth Mila Kunis seems to be.
Just loved this video, thanks for sharing
The most realistic one by far
I watched this WIEIAD and was reminded of you Abbey. So many similarities. You’re basically besties already.
We knew Mila wouldn't let us down!
I agree with Mila and you. However we have "leftovers" more then once a week. On Saturdays I cook one or two meals that make great leftovers or can turn into different meals. We always do buffet style because of our different dietary needs and food texture aversions. My husband and both of our teen children are on the autism spectrum.
I think all I ate was salad and pasta when I was a professional ballerina.
completely unrelated but what is the name of that paint colour behind you? obsessed!
Watching Abbey talk about coffe with a "vodka" cup 😂😂 iconic
Love the hair style in the ad break! I might take it to my stylist 👀
Mila just gives off cool girl vibes
Not to forget, she is originally from the Ukraine. The East of Europe is generally very grounded when it comes to food choices e.g. no waste, you eat what's available. I think that may have translated into her diet today.
Why is it that some Americans put "the" before saying certain countries? I'm not sure which ones allow for "the" and which ones don't
@@DarthVader-gp6fm I am not American. In my mother tongue we put "the" and that's why it's there. No extra interpretation needed.
I have a question. Are cold probiotics, like Kefir, more advantageous than probiotic capsules?
I'd be interested in her perspective on this! Personally, most convenient probiotic choices have lactose, so I go w/ capsules.
Wow great intro Abby! Love the style
So refreshing and relatable :)
Another reason I love Mila!
Loving the shameless crushing on Ashton Kutcher 😂 this was so normal and refreshing, let’s review more healthy-minded celebrities like this (if you can find them)
Do you mind sharing the book from the video with Jamie on the spine?
it would be nice if you linked the original video in the description also.
Love this series!
This was so refreshing!
Abbey, what are the details on your coffee mug? Where can I find something similar?
I think this might be one for the record books, because the bingo card would be completely empty!😄
you are using ed’s as clickbait??? also in your intro “it’s a lot” WHERE!??
hi! could you please review Kate norkeliunas or nutty foodie fitness' current triathlon ? find that both have a lot to be talked about....
‘Balls deep in a deadline’ girl what
Maria Khoeva (Marachok) from Mariinsky just put up a What I eat in a day vid.
