  • Epic montages, slick transitions... style over substance... entertainment over education. Proof one of history's greatest thinkers would be disgusted at what online education has become.

Since you won't (can't?!?!?!) say it....
Who are the haters that downvote your stuff? I know there are two groups of people in the world: The "doers" and the "takers". Maybe the downvotes come from the takers?
I love your content but I have never seen a video from your that shows how to succeed in life without putting in effort, working hard to please your customers, and making smart choices. Maybe that explains why the takers are downvoting?
    Haters gonna hate.

Some of that I'm sure. But I think it's probably mostly people who want me to give away the farm in my RUclips videos. Freebie-seekers. Which I get. It's RUclips, but that's just not how my business is structured. I encourage them to unsubscribe.

Most "courses" I've been running into aren't very actionable. I don't really care if the course is taught by a tiktok "influencer" who acts like a drunk sorority chick, if the content is actionable and produces results, it has value to me.

How do you define "actionable" because I see a few ways that could be looked at?

    • @SirJoelsuf1

@@john.morris Actionable = Straightforward stuff: Here's what to do, here's what not to do, here's why you do this, here's why you ought to avoid that, stuff like that. Like your courses haha.
But that's not what I see in most other courses, which have maybe one module that is actionable for every nine that contain nothing but theory, opinions, selling on dreams, and instructors who clearly just wants to get paid to hear themselves speak/watch themselves act. This is especially true in the finance/investing field, where the scamming and swindling has become cartoonishly outrageous.

Ah gotcha. Yeah man... seeing a lot of the same. Was talking about it with my brother (because I'm basically forcing him to create course... haha) and was talking about "depth". So many courses have no depth and just focus on a rudimentary process without making it actionable as you say. I think a lot of them just don't understand what students need in order to be successful. Alas, trying to do my part! :D

@@john.morris There you go, forcing your brother again. He must've "lost" another backyard wrestling match. Dude, I think you snuck a chair shot when the ref wasn't looking. 🙃
      - Ziro out.

Haha. He's lucky to have me! He used to be my guinea pig. 😂
And if a chair shot happens but the ref didn't see it, did it really happen!? 🤔😝
