There are also further customizations possible. Like the Logo, and other interesting things like setting up a fallback audio file, in case the streaming is interrupted, etc.
ICECAST is a truly complete system. There is no reason why a Studio doesn't have an installation of it. Spending money on a service that gives you the same things as an extremely reliable but free system makes no sense. Moreover, thinking that this service uses the same system !! When in half an hour max an hour (for those less experienced) everything is installed, and it is ready for service with just one click.

I'm wondering how to add a broadcaster's account? There is currently only one account and that is admin

The Admin IS the broadcaster. The system I suggest is meant to be 1-to-1. It's not ment to create any Radio, or a multi-broadcaster system at all. This is a valid system to send the audio FROM the Recording/Mastering Studio (Broadcaster) TO the client (receiver)., as I said several times into the video.
All what's needed is fully explained in a way that any one needs this feature, can have it with minimal effort. Icecast enables to have protected access form clients. Something that it's not possible with Shoutcast (if not behind a proxy etc. Too much cumbersomeness for the average studios. Not proposable). Any other goal/scope, is not ment here ;-)

here I'm talking on how to stream from Reaper. I think it's possible to stream from python somehow buy following what Icecast needs, but it's not the main thing here. I do suggest to ask to Icecast Devs. They definitely can help you in this.
