Hi one Question 🙋🏻♂️ I Would like to plug any controller to SELECT My Music from my Mac 💻 to load on the each deck as I play on the Vinyl using recordbox interface2 and my laptop is far away from me so I have to stretch so much to click and drag songs in to each channel. Can i do this different way ?
I got a question I'm going to buy a pair of turntables to connect to a ddj800 running that on the software using the controller as a mixer how do I go about doing that I was just tinkering around with it I don't have to turn tables yet but I noticed that you have a DVS setting in your settings menu I don't have that option on mine do I have to have the turntables connected in order for that to come up in the settings how do I go about doing it

Philip Maxwell for Rekordbox 6, I think there is a need to purchase the core plan or higher monthly subscription in order to use DVS for ddj 1000. Correct me , if I’m wrong.
You can use Serato vinyl certainly but they only work in 'Relative mode', you need Rekordbox vinyl to use 'absolute needle drop' ( Found this out myself the other day! )
Hi! Wondering if you can help with the issues I'm having with Rekordbox DVS. I'm using the DJM250MK2 with a Numark TT250USB turntable. The turntable has to go through the line input on the mixer as the phono one over-amplifies the signal. I can play vinyl through the mixer but Rekordbox doesn't seem to recognise that it's connected as an input when using the control vinyl- I feel it might be a input setting on the mixer or inside the settings. What do you mean when you're talking about the A/B switch? Inside Rekordbox there is a setting for CH1 Control Tone PHONO but I have no option to change this to the line input, though it doesn't recognise it even when going through the phono input. Thanks!!!
Hello, I am having a lot of issues with tiny amounts of dust on the record and needle. It causes the DVS to warp/wobble/distort and its terrible. When I flick between DVS and normal vinyl, the vinyl plays fine, even dusty vinyl plays fine. Is there a way to turn down the sensitivity of the DVS?

Hi Ellaskins, I would need some help, as I'm not familiar with this technology. I'm having a lot of trouble understanding what I need to buy because of the weird licensing schemes. And why should I pay 10 euros a month for a feature that essentially doesn't change? I really hate the subscription system.
I’m sure you’ve already figured it out, but for anyone else, rekordbox license is now locked to hardware if you’ve bought a pioneer mixer that includes a license key. As long as you have your mixer connected to the computer, rekordbox and dvs are activated. In that case, the subscription would just give you cloud features for your library
@@ashenpall I don't know if it changed recently, but in my experience the DDJ-1000 hardware does NOT come with DVS. Hey good vids, really helpful, however, I've been having a problem for a while. Basically when I use DVS a static glitchy noise happens every now and then which normally over powers the track and stays in recordings. I've got plx 500-k's which state that they are pre-grounded but there is a grounding attachment on the back of the mixer (djm 250mk2). I'm guessing that I need a grounding cable to stop the static noise but what would I attach to the other end of the grounding cable? I can't find an answer atm. :/ Thanks
Have you tried switching between the phone and line level output on the ttable (which if your mixer or controller has a setting for this you might need to switch that as well, or try switching on piece of gear or the other to troubleshoot) but basically probably have a ground loop. I have always wondered about ttables that ground internally, based on the pics of that deck, it looks like the RCA cables are integrated and if there is no grounding lug on the ttable, then all you can do is try to get a power conditioner or power adapter that is made for eliminating ground loops and probably would need one for each deck, but here is some info on ground loops you could check out to learn more www.techhive.com/article/3063590/how-to-get-rid-of-hum-and-eliminate-other-noises-from-your-audio-and-video-systems.html
