Meal - launch ( 4 - 5 chapati ) 4.meal - mill 500 ml before 1 hr from workout 5 pre workout black cofee Now post workout- 500 ml milk / 1 banana 6 meal - dinner ( mostly 1 big bowl moong daal ) 3 -4 chapatis Kabhi kabhi paneer , khata rehta , nuts , or kabhi kabhi me dinner nhi krta btao bahi kya kru shi chl rha ya kuch or kru ?

Hello! Brother me morning jata hu gym to diet me kuch chenges hai ya same diet rahegi pls solve my quiz.
Thanks for asking. Same diet rahegi but gym ka baad jo meal number hai use add karna h apne workout k baad
Only soaking chana is enough ? No need to boil in cooker?
It's up to you. If you have no digestive issues you can go with soaked one otherwise you can have boiled one also
I am very much skinny . Will overnight soaked black chana help me gain weight?
Yes it will help just add jaggery for better results
