Cooper DeJine?
Wildes so accurately described what it’s like to have a quarterback who isn’t good and can’t move. “Well the pocket collapsed, plays over” 😂
“3rd and 8!”
I PRAY the Giants take Maye, so my Vikings aren’t forced to mortgage their future on him. JJ to JJ, TD!
😂😂😂
@@CorePathwayimagine thinking jj is anywhere close to the qb or athlete maye is lmao , terrible take
@@bigben3089was KOC's fault
Chargers passing up Marvin Harrison Jr for a second rounder next year and the 3rd best receiver? Bears would be jumping for joy if you were the GM 😂
Rome is a wr1
@@billeh60but he’s no Marvin Harrison Jr.
Don’t worry poles would never do this. He values that second more than a slight upgrade from odunze to MHJ
You think AZ will pass on MHJ for a Giants next year pick? Someone better get fired if they do.
The difference from 5 to 9 is extremely close. After 9 is a big fall off
I need a 3 hour show
but with only 1 hour of Nick
Wilde's saying all Brou's takes are just based on where he claims to be from was gold
This is clearly a chaos mock in which some of these things very much could happen. He isn’t going to continue to make the same mock over 4 weeks and have an entire segment for it, that would be dumb😂
Then don't do another mock draft? If you think it's ridiculous and stupid why would you mock it up lol?
@@raikkel9516 it’s almost the NFL draft and there are entertaining to watch see how others perceive players and where they will go😂
Nick riding the bears so haaaard
out of the 3 mockdrafts this is easily the most unrealistic.
i thought they are getting better?
This one is probably just a chaos one with a little realism
It's sorta the same as when he ranked Caleb Wiliams in the top 10 nfl qbs while he was playing at college still. He doesn't believe it but they do it for views
They’ve all been really bad fan fiction so far
@@brianogrady3185 yep
@@brianogrady3185 Better than just reciting the chalk mock-draft for realism. The show is supposed to be entertaining. Nobody watches it for in-depth analysis.
Nick stay trying to rob the Chargers.
Trade down out of the top 5 to get one additional 2nd round pick next year???
Ludicrous trade.
I mean it is Carolina, should be a very early 2nd round pick. I do agree though that the disparity between the trade for the 4th pick and this trade is too large.
Same for AZ. F a next year Giants pick to pass up a generational receiver. He's just a homer for KC and Caleb and is trying to help them as much. Good thing he's just a "analyst".
easily the dumbest trade in this mock. No way chargers don't grab Harrison at 5 if he is still sitting there
He just wants Caleb to work
@@Atom-yb5dyyou’d be surprised😂
So the Vikings don’t draft penix at 11 or 23 and go into the season with no qb. I guess Jefferson gonna throw it to himself Nick
These people have no clue what they are talking about.
@@sudoCompetence They're literally just entertainers, don't get why y'all in the comments act all appalled like this show is where you get your in-depth sports analysis from. It's like complaining that your favorite bakery doesn't know how to make a really good steak.
They have the 3rd overall pick Sam Darnald
They definitely would take Penix at 23
Wildes frustration is so absolutely funny and true "the pockets collapsing? welp plays over" lmfao
Michael Penix won't make it past the Vikings at 11
I can see Penix making it past the Vikings at 11 but I don't think they pass on him again at 23.
@darthhelmet5788 I'd be shocked if he's still there at 23. Would be nice for them if he is though
Unpopular opinion: Part of the reason this show is so good is because it's so short.
tbh i don't see how those 2 things could at all correlate , they have better ratings every time it's a 2 hour show
@@jaredcalderon6580 ratings doesn't mean its better. Don't be a sheep. Be your own man.
I agree. The biggest part of making any show is leaving your audience wanting more.
@@persistentlypathetic6820 ratings objectively mean more people are watching and stay watching, your feelings don't matter, sheep
I mean technically it’s true…give too much of a good thing to anyone they don’t value it as much.
Wildes is besides himself lol I feel you Wildes. I too don't understand why McCarthy is being considered this high
Because he has a cannon of an arm, is super accurate, can run, is the best off foot thrower of the ball this draft, is the best CFB QB under pressure, money downs and RPO's, is a leader, and ran an NFL style offense...
@@obarbeito well ok
@@obarbeitocannon of a arm?
If the bears draft a receiver with Keenan Allen and dj Moore and don’t add to the o-line it will be a shame
Keenan Allen will only be there 1 year
Keenan Allen isn’t a long term player
Allen is 32 he’s not a long term guy.
No it won’t be, this narrative of the o-line being so bad is just wrong. This o-line was ranked above the Texans whose rookie QB had probably the best rookie year ever. If we pick an O-Lineman at 9, especially over someone like Rome Odunze, I would be upset.
Easiest way to tell if a bears fan is a casual is if they bring up oline as if it’s our biggest need ever. Edge and WR are obviously bigger needs. Keenan Allen is still 31 on a one year deal. One injury and we’re back to square one…
Haven't even watched the video yet but I'm glad Nick is back
Hey Wildes. Remember the last guy you got who was underwhelming in college was....
Wilds wants " atheletic " forget if they guy can play qb or not.
I’m not the biggest McCarthy fan but calling him immobile is just a lie lol
Absolutely unrealistic, Chicago bears aren’t getting MHJ. Vikings just have no QB
these three talking the draft is hilarious
All these bots want book recommendations
FTF becoming a book club is a bold pivot. I’m all for it
If the Pats passed on Drake Maye and took McCarthy I might as well become a Jets fan😢😢😢
I wouldn’t stop being a fan but I’ll never get excited for anything they do after that
“yes quarterbacky, firm hand shake” 😂😂
"The POCKET COLLAPSED!! PLAY OVER!!"
I feel ya, Wilde's 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I can't get past the Falcons passing on Odunze if he's there. He's an elite talent. They would definitely go best player available at that point.
Why do they never discuss the Rashee Rice incident?
Why would the Giants trade with AZ? Cards aren't taking a QB (better draft MHJ), neither are the chargers. Stay where you are and get your QB at 6.
Because if the giants want who's left, sitting pat is a stupid idea when teams behind them KNOW they want those qb's .......and WILL trade up
You trade up so Vikings don't pass you if Giants looking for QB. Can't count out Broncos/Raiders trying to move up with Cardinals unlikely Chargers want to help rivals.
@lordtryforce but they're not looking for a qb. They have a million problems. You only trade up if the qb is your only missing link lol. If drake maye happens to be there at 6 they very well might pick him, but they're not going to aggressively trade up when they have no one to support him rn, and they're paying a qb already.
@@raikkel9516 That's not true at all. Team do trade up when don't need QB yet (sometimes 1st round pick). They have them sit and learn. Packers do this for example.
I'm not a Giants fan but weren't they kind of surprise when they drafted Daniel Jones? Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought they were kind of upset with the pick.
@@lordtryforce the packers do it and got criticized very heavily for it. Ntm the guy who they drafted is sitting behind a hall of famer, Daniel Jones is not that. It makes no sense for the giants to really take a qb at all, considering all their flaws and who's on the board, and even less sense to trade up for it, and lose their first rounder next year. That's insane.
Best pre draft ive seen so far 👏 👌
Wildes if you want some copium I want you to look at Mac Jones’ and Jayden Daniels’ receivers for their last year in college and look at JJ McCarthy’s receivers in college. Throwing to multiple NFL receivers tends to inflate your college production.
Finally Nick picks one of my guys at WR at #32!
I don’t get why this show is so low on drake Maye
Love brou but he’s clearly never watched a snap of Drake Maye. Guy is special and if he had the year he had his sophomore year this year it wouldn’t be a question he would be #2
Bruh “Well, he’ll be totally different” Wildes “Yeah totally different in terms of how good guys are” 😂
Moving from pick 9 to pick 5, for only next years 2nd rounder?…that’s not happening
When it is very possibly the 33rd pick it is possible.
@@scoreyj13 Even if it were guaranteed to be the 33rd pick the Chargers wouldn't even entertain that offer.
@@tidmarshXC Totally not true. If QB's go 1-4 then the fifth pick has no one attempting to trade up for it. If that is the case then unless the pick from Carolina is at least pick 54 the Chargers come out ahead. If it is a top 10 in round pick the Chargers make out pretty good.
@@scoreyj13 if QBs go 1-4 then that 5th pick is even more valuable for the Chargers because they get their number one guy. They weren't ever taking a QB. Trading Marvin Harrison Jr. for a 2nd round pick next year is obviously ridiculous. They wouldn't accept that trade.
Wildes not liking JJ McCarthy makes me even more confident he’s gonna be great
This lunatic wants
Patriots to draft JJ McCarthy so that he can laugh at Wildes on the next Pats QB bust. We getting Drake Maye.
Wildes was dressing, dressing today!
Someone really named their kid Kool-aid?
His name is Ga'Quincy but everyone calls him Kool-aid. One of those nicknames that has kind of replaced his actual name.
@@scoreyj13 oh got it thanks
Nick not trying to hear about no firm handshake as a QB quality 😂
More weapons you have is harder to plans for that
Raw stats, Wildes? Good analysis.
Look no one has the capital that Minn has to jump up and the Bears have absolutely nothing (lacking a 2nd this yr) to give the Chargers what they want in this draft.
The Vikings do have more ammo to move up but MN would also only move up for a QB so if the top 4 QB's are gone MN wouldn't move up.
I love that Nick is convinced JPJ will be a 49er. Unfortunately, I don't think it would ever happen.
JJ ran 4.48 40... he's actually a way better athlete then Mac Jones and his 4.83 40.
Bro I’m here for all Nick Mock Drafts….😂 as a bears fan I am ready to this draft to happen
Drake Maye to the Giants is wild
Teams are going to be REACHING for qbs at the top. The only qbs worth a first rd pick are Caleb and Jayden, all the others are 2d or 3d rders at best
I feel bad for whatever team/coach/GM that drafts JJ any earlier than 10th. This guy is not a top 10 draft pick caliber QB. He’s an experiment guy that needs to fall to a good team to have a chance. Him going to a bottom 10 team gives him no chance for success.
I hate the early mocks, they're always wrong because a single trade or pick out of left field blows them up entirely
Why would the Giants trade up 2 slots if nobody between is drafting QB and nobody after for a while?
I would love this for my bears
McCarthy is actually mobile just doesn’t rely on it.
Wildes sounded to stupid..
My friends are hilarious 😂
I would love if we get chop Robinson
is it better for a good established team to draft you or a bad team? if that is the case is being no 1 pick any good?
This year it is a good thing. I mean so hard to believe but the Bears are actually a good place to go. This is certainly not the same franchise it was even 5 plus years ago. Poles was brought in the change the organization and he is certainly doing that. The Bears were 7-10 last year (with a bad passer).
Great to see a mock draft that don't have the Vikings trading up into the top 6 for the 3rd or 4th best QB. I wouldn't mind seeing Penix at #23 though. But if it works out like this, I am okay with that.
Key and Peele name sketch slowly becoming a reality…who tf names their kid kool aid

Nick with the “integrity “ call back
I don’t see this at all!! The Bengals will take another WR if Thomas is available?
In this mock he isn't (went one pick before them).
I highly doubt we actually trade up from 9. If anything we probably move down for more picks.
The Bears are at the stage if I prefer to see them move up or down I want them to move up. Stop moving down to get worse players. Take that shot at the ring. They NEED a third WR. Allen misses multiple games every year plus is only signed for this year. DJ is only signed through next. Yes the Bears will want to expend DJ, possibly Allen too but that is no guarantee. MHJ is the best WR prospect since Megatron. If you get a shot at him take it.
Nick "Unprecedented" Wright
IF the bengals trade Tee Higgins, I think they trade up or use the pick they get for Tee to draft Troy Franklin. He’d fit in very nicely with the bengals offense
When Nick is overly bullish on a team being bad he is usually thinkin with too much emotion. With those hip drop tackle rule, tightends will be great next year, that being said the jets adding bowers would be great. If you can imagine Rodgers stays healthy I’m sure they will be a force to reckon with.
If the top 5 plays out like that. Bears would be legit contenders in 2 years if everything hits
Welcome to your LOCAL KANSAS CITY sports TV show! Yay.
JJ McCarthy runs a sub 4.5 40 yard dash. He’s decisively faster than Caleb Williams. I don’t know why ppl think he’s a statue back there 💀
Its simple he's white. And they do no research
I will literally cry if we take JJ McCarthy, and not in a good way
Cowboys would absolutely take Mims after losing Smith in that spot over a G. Interior line is the easiest to plug, but really good Tackles are rare
Love Fashanu but he won’t be on the Steelers board likely as I imagine Broderick moving to LT this year and beyond is the play
People don't even look at the draft chart do they? To go from 6 to 4, does not cost you an extra 1. It just doesnt.
As a Steelers fan I would love this, but also as a Penn State fan Olu isn’t gonna be available at 20
Stop giving us Nate Wiggins every mock draft is this pick lol
I would love if the bears get Marvin Harrison
Watch the Vikes surprise the world and trade up for MHJ. 😂
JJetas, Addison, Hockenson, MHJ and Aaron Jones out of the backfield just wouldn't be fair. Even Sam Darnold could probably succeed with those weapons.
Brou has 100% not watched a Giants game in 4 years
I feel like nick just doesn’t pay attention to the chargers lmao
If the Pats were to take JJ at 3 I’d literally be done rooting for them
That's what I'm saying, might as well start cheering for the jets
Wow i was wanting the Texans to do this before last years draft unless we use our #2 on CJ obviously, bc i really wanted MHII and everyone was saying Caleb was supposed to be a different QB, and we were going to have two 1st rd picks this season at that moment and I wanted us to get Will Anderson Jr last year and go after a QB & MHII. But instead the Texans one up'd me, they did draft Will Anderson Jr AND CJ Stroud, who I totally wanted because of his college stats, he finished in the top 10 all-time in the NCAA career passing completion percentage, I knew he could make the throws, just was curious if he could adjust to all NFL talent coming at him and he did just that.
Went from having two 1st rd picks in both drafts to doing a bunch of trading and moving around, we ended up with last years Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year, this year already signed Danielle Hunter, Stefon Diggs, Azeez Al-Shaair, Denico Autry, Joe Mixon, Jeff Odukah & just restructured Diggs contract freeing up 24 million in cap space to go after another badass FA like Justin Simmons, Adoree Jackson, Quandre Diggs, Stephon Gilmore, etc...
Have a hard time with the Vikings not moving up. Sticking and picking.....
On film Caleb is a can't miss prospect, on paper, Caleb is a can't miss prospect. On the eyeball, Caleb is a can't miss prospect. Now, we got that out of the way. With all these things said, he paints his finger nails, walks around with a pink phone, and seems to be emotional about losing.. I see a kid that is comfortable with himself and his sexuality. I see confidence, which is another positive intangible, IMO. Bears are about to be rolling.
I don't agree with Nick's mock. I don't see NY trading up from 6 to 4 when they know the two teams (Arizona and Chicago, who picks C. Williams at 1 and then trades up from 9) ain't taking QBs at 4 and 5. So why would NY give up valuable draft capital to move up 2 spots when neither Ari (K. Murray) or Chi (C. Williams)are gonna take QBs. So by his mock, 1 of the 4 QBs should be available at 6 forgoing the need to move up.
I doubt Murphy goes that low. He might be the best pure defensive player in the draft, potential not taken into account
Ole Fashanu at 20 is too crazy 20, dude was projected top 5 2 months ago, the Jets are taking him everyday
Maybe the problem is the pocket collapsing wildes
Did I just see the chargers moving back to take a receiver instead of just drafting Harrison jr???
Harrison and Odunze has real problems separating. Nabers and Brian Thomas don’t have that problem. At all. In fact those 2 guys separate never they want to. They just run by people. Harrison and Odunze just don’t. They can’t do it.
Now we can't get Kool-Aid in KC....
😢
C Williams aka Arod 2.0 with more TOs gonna take over as his 2nd Favorite QB over Lawerence by November
I really don't understand why everyone acts like the Bears need a receiver. They have K Allen, DJ Moore and Kmet. They need OL. WR is so deep in this draft you can get a solid wr3 in the 6th or 7th.
Bc they don’t need OT, they need IOL which would be ludicrous to take inside the top 10. Also, they very much do need a WR. Keenan Allen is 32 and not guaranteed to resign, but most likely will. But after DJ Moore, the drop off is massive. If Odunze is there, I would take him, if he isn’t, they should trade back and hope Latu is there or Verse.
I think the JJ McCarthy New England is smoke screen.
No team is giving up a 1st to move up 2 spots ridiculous
When other teams are bidding against you for that pick it probably would take that.
Troy Franklin over worthy, Coleman and mcconkey is wild
Think the Bears would have needed to give up more to move back up to 5 tbh
Why would the Giants move up if Cardinals and Chargers already have their QB? Afraid of someone else jumping to 4 for him?
The patriots is not picking JJ Maccarthy 😂
As a Bucs fan if we pass on Jpj or Barton I’ll slam my tv
JJ McCarthy is very different from Mac Jones lmao Brou is wrong on this one.
If the Bears trade up and draft anyone other than Alt it will be dumb. Harrison and Nabers are neck and neck with Odunze not far off. But Alt is without a doubt the best by a long shot.
Chris Broussard bringing the heat. Maye is sitting behind a HOF, or really great NFL seasoned vet, who started a ton of games? No! He Drake is waiting for Jones to STB, and then take his job.
Think about how great it was for Rodgers to sit behind a legend like Favre. Think about how great it was for Love to sit behind Rodgers. Some, myself included, have zero idea how to be great, but sit behind a person, that has the same job, in a rare opportunity, and have no other choice but to learn. Love is a by-product of the Packers being a phenomenal organization. They understand how to develop really good-great-HOF QBs. Love may be great, but at the very least he was really good, in one of the most important games of the season.
I wish my Silver and Black could emulate that concept.
Nick, neither team that moved up gave anywhere near enough to actually move up.
“I actually believe this could happen” - Nick talking about the Bears giving up a 2nd rounder next year to more or less trade the Chargers Odunze for Harrison.
Well Nick, that’s because when it comes to LeBron, the Chiefs, Mahomes, and now Caleb Williams, all of your logic and objectivity goes right down the drain.
The Giants have to give up a 1st rounder to move from 6 to 4, and the Bears only have to give up a second rounder next year to move from 9 to 5?
Come on, man.
