      For the most part, especially when compared to his terrible "Mahomes Mountain" QB rankings, I agreed with the ranking minus a few exceptions (Disclaimer upfront; I'm a Packers fan):
      1. Raiders should at least be a tier or two higher, because Gardner Minshew was fine last season, they have a solid defense, and their coaching should be MUCH better than last season.
      2. Bucaneers should be higher for the reasons already stated
      3. Bears should be at least below the Packers and Lions (though above the Vikings due to their other positional upgrades), since they haven't exactly had a great track record with coaching or QB development in the past few decades, alongside Brou's reasoning
      4. Maybe it's just me being impressed by how the Browns held up despite all of their injuries, but why in the world are the Browns ranked SO FAR below the Bengals and Steelers?
      Still an awesome sports show, regardless, as your guy's chemistry is amazing 👏

Being IT, and her being an idiot, I was at her desk a lot fixing sh!t. The literal hours I spent at her workstation, was regaled with tales aplenty of the band, and her odd encounters with Wes Scantlin. And yes, they are a Kansas City band. The Browns consistently win at least 3 games against the AFC North under Stefanski. They have the defense to keep their offense in games.

Bryce was supposed to be this elite "processor" and he struggled with vanilla concepts, not to mention he very often can't even throw a quick out with proper velocity.... small body, soft arm, didn't process much at all.... he'll still get his chance but there's no way you can watch this guy play and not go😬😬😬😬😬lol the dude literally looks like Eddy Piniero under center

      The hole in the Browns roster is at quarterback. Deshaun Watson gets paid too much money to look as bad or as average as he's looked for the majority of his time in Cleveland. Are the Browns a good team? Sure, but can Deshaun win them a Super Bowl? Watson's entire career says no. He has one playoff win in the post season and he's either hurt or trying desperately to play at the level he was at in Houston. In the AFC were the Chiefs and the best quarterbacks reside in, Watson doesn't measure up. Can that change in the future? It's definitely possible but for now it's completely fair to doubt the Browns when they have question marks at the most important position.

    • @edwardflores7108
      @edwardflores7108 18 дней назад +1

      @@jameswillison1527
      With Watson, the Browns have very little to show for the money and the draft capital they gave up to aquire him. They have no post season wins or division titles and Watson has been mediocre without even a single pro bowl to his name. The Browns had a winning record with or without Deshaun last year. They are a good team and could win a lot of regular season games with a variety of average to below average QBs. The reason why pundits are low on the Browns is because no one really expects Watson to win them anything. The guy is only getting older, more injury prone and is years away from playing a full seasons worth of good football. He's inconsistent and it's hard to argue that the Browns would have not been better going in a different direction when it comes at the quarterback position. Up to this moment the Watson trade has been a an abject failure for the Browns and a boon to the Texans. It's allowed Houston to rapidly build their roster while the Browns are still looking to win their division and make a deep post season run. I think most people would acknowledge the Browns as having one of the best rosters in football but until they start having some semblance of success in the post season, most will just continue to write them off. Watson is under a lot of pressure next year to live up to his fully guaranteed contract, stay healthy and play to a high level given the talent placed around him. The Browns have a great roster and a two time couch of the year at the helm, so why do the Browns not get more respect from the national media? The answer is Deshaun Watson. Is it unjustified? Maybe it is, but it's not entirely without merit.

      @victorcontreras5703 The Cardinals "benched" their starters so they can tank for a good pick. They wanted to see how Kyler was hung to bounce back so that's why he played. Even without their Starting receiver, RB, Tackle, and defensive players, they still played hard. They added the best receiver and RB in the draft and added a solid DE and corner.

      trust me as a Panthers fan, i was screaming before the draft last year for them not to panic and make a desperate trade..... then when they did, i was screaming for them not to use it on Bryce Young...... been saying all year how great the future would be for the Panthers if they had Caleb throwing to DJ Moore for years to come
      also considering that would mean they kept the 9th overall last year where DROY Jalen Carter was picked.....imagine him inside with Derrick Brown and how much space that woulda freed up for Brian Burns, bet that ripple effect would lead to Burns resigning in Carolina instead of forcing his way out
      a team with Caleb at QB, DJ Moore at WR, and one of the best d-lines in football sounds pretty good to me
      instead we sold all of that (plus the main assets obtained in the CMC trade) for a QB who looks like Eddy Piniero under center

    I can see where Wildes is coming from with his take on the Bears. Last season they were only two games behind the Packers and he thinks the Bears recruits will make them a four win better team so he has doubled down with this list. What he forgets is both the Lions (they filled needs in the secondary in defence) and the Packers (a young group of players who play as a unit which means they should be improving from last season). This means that his conclusion that the Lions and Packers will not be as good or better than last year is wrong, although he is correct when he says that improvement in the NFL usually is not in a straight upward spiral.
