Onion
Curry leaf
Split chillies
Stir & fry for a few seconds
Garlic-ginger paste, stir
Potatoes
tomato chunks
Red chili powder if using
Turmeric
salt
stir, cover with lid
Simmer/ medium heat until potatoes cooked
Add water if needed
Coriander powder
Cover
Add Coriander leaves
Serve
