Potato Curry Recipe
4 Medium Sized Potatoes
1 Medium Sized Red Onion
3 Tablespoons oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 Bay leaves
1 tablespoon crushed Garlic
1 tablespoon Chopped Ginger
2 cloves
1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons Curry Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/3 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp Chili Powder
4 tablespoons Tomato passata
400ml or more Boiling Water add enough so you're happy with consistency
100 ml of Coconut milk
200g of Baby Spinach
