😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂I ain't even watch the video yet but the before wrinkles look like too much Photoshop smh mfs man😐 take my view back lmao erybody doin anything on here to get a fuckin check
This is what I do. I’ve tried everything sponge, brush, small blending sponge. Wet and dry. Soft padding, firm padding, all different types of concealers and setting powders but honestly there’s always going to be creasing. As long as you have smile lines, you will have creasing. Of course there are ways of minimizing how deep they look. I’ve learned since I have dry skin the less product the better. I don’t apply as much concealer, I also pad it with my fingers, I do not bring the concealer up to high super close to my lower lashes, and I set it with just a tiny bit of setting powder with a brush using soft tapping motions not swiping. I’ve tried the damp sponge but you’re not really able to control the amount of setting powder you’re putting under your eye.
Great tip BUT..... You don't even have creasing or wrinkles under your eye!!! So of course you don't get any creasing !!! Nothing I do works it looks great when first applied ,but then it's all down hill ! NOTHING really works, unless you're under 30 lol
that could be because the water you’re pressing into your under eye area, from your beauty blender, actually dries that area out even more.. and then you’re applying a drying powder ontop of that, which dries it out even more, which makes every little line under your eye area even more noticeable and makes you crease even more. less is more. Use less concealer, and use a dry beauty blender to blend it in, or mist it with something other than water.. then if you need to, set with a very HYDRATING, finely milled powder. not the laura mercier, that is a very drying powder. great for oily skin though!
This is edited. she has blurred the underneath of her eyes. Congrats on being that person. But thank you though because I feel better that even a RUclips beauty person can't achieve it without a filter.

I'm replying because this may help someone out. While reading the comments, had to remember what I put in the search bar lol. She's NOT giving advice for hiding wrinkles, she's showing us how to prevent the concealer from creasing and staying smooth. I don't have wrinkles but its annoying to get crease lines from the concealer not being applied or blended correctly. This helped me and thanks for the tips Eman
For girls with thinner skins undereye/more mature/naturally more creasing eye area - most of these tips in the video will not work. I'm 33 and my undereyes start creasing especially in winter. This is my personal experience: She's suggesting not to use emollient eye cream.. I MUST moisturise my eye area very well in order to avoid creasing, even if it means mixing in a drop of facial oil into my eye cream (in winter). I like darphin correcting eye cream, or anything that has thicker white cream texture, but NOT vasilline type of crap (horrible I have no clue how people use it). Then she suggests to blend in concealer with wet beauty blender, I don't mind wet sponge, but not with water! Thats a big no no for me, water tends to dry the skin out, so once you blend it in, it will look even and nice, but 5 min later after water dries up it looks dry and creased. Then this setting with powder advice, honestly I see it in every single video and I hate it so much.. it always made me look 30 years older than I am, I never set my concealer with powder as it again makes the area very dry and it creases a 1000 times worse.. So what do we get with these tips? Dry skin+water sponge=dryer skin +powder=ever more dryer skin=disaster for creasing... My personal solution that works for me : very good non-shiny moisturiser depending on the season (lighter/heavier cream, if you have naturally very dry undereye than you gotta apply good eye moituriser overnight too), no primer (always makes me look caky at the end of the day) + make sure no fall out from any eyeshadows (clean up with eye cream, not wet tissues or other crap) good non-drying concealer/highlighter like ysl touch eclat or gucci concealer, NO powders on top, just dry beauty sponge to blend in and help it sit on skin nicely. Basically, the less product you will put under your eyes the less creasing. I dont like using brush for undereye -again doesnt blend it good enough, I use fingers to dub it in and then sponge on top to even out. I'd rather reapply/touch up with light eye cream and concealer during the day than walk around with dry horrible caky creased wrinkles under my eyes. Hope it'll be useful for someone out there :)
Thank you so much that was extremely helpful! I basically do the same, I do not powder but I don't really moisturize under my eye that much and maybe that's why it ends up looking dry, I'll do ur trick and hopefully it works!
@asdfg Yes! I also use a dry sponge for concealer or liquid foundation under my eyes. Just gently tap the product into the skin. I thought there is something wrong with me when I'm not using wet beauty blender as the rest of the world :D. You should start a YTchanel or at least the blog, you really do have a talent for explaining things.
Haha thank you :) I'm not a professional or anything, I've just learned from experimenting on my own eyes and figuring out whats working whats not for me... I do use dry beauty sponge pretty much all the time too! :) water makes my eyes way too dry and as a result =more lines=more creasing. I don't mind tho spraying with hydrating/moisturising mist (like the ones that are based on natural oils etc without alcohol and harsh chemicals that can be used under eye) or picking up a tiny bit of eye cream on the sponge. There are no right or wrong make up rules - its whatever works for you and makes you feel beautiful :)
Maybe the nars radiant cream concealer or the nars soft matte complete concealer . I use the first one and i really like it. Or you can do fillers under your eyes like me. Xx
I have fine lines under my eyes, but also very dark circles, so I have to correct then conceal then powder. If it looks too dry or exaggerates the lines , I dab the tiniest amount of jojoba oil under my eyes ( on top of the make up ) and it seems to uncake everything and make it look loads better. Also moisturising under the eyes with a good cream prior to applying your make up will help
Omg I also have dark circles and lines underneath!!! It’s terrible and I’ve been using the Elf under eye cream and some other cream but it just won’t go away!! I’m going to try this and hope it works!! And I’m also 17
@@stephs8277 It may sound yucky, but I have heard of this before, The tiny bit of oil simply melts into the makeup leaving a homogeneous, velvety finish. Artist Wayne Goss has tutorials on RUclips as well.
Javier Ferro unfortunately its going to crease. I naturally have lines under my eyes and any foundation/concealer etc is bound to get in there. Ofcourse you can take steps to help it not look so bad but its still going to sink in since we have the wrinkles. Its a bust but gotta make it work and look beautiful either way
If you follow exactly what she did hopefully it shouldn't sit in lines. You have to make sure there is no concealer sitting in the fine lines or wrinkles when you apply the powder. I have really deep lines under my eyes and I lightly bake as soon as I blend out the concealer. Literally as soon as! & bear in mind, moisturising is key!
When you don't have any fine lines under your eye area it's easy to use the concealer without creasing. What I really want to know is the miracle of making the same when you are 35 and older.

What most RUclipsrs fail to mention is that some people have smooth skin and other have rough skin. She has smooth skin. If you have a rough skin and apply her technique it will still not work for you. If you have smooth skin and apply her technique it will work for you. So it’s not the technique, it’s just your type of skin. I felt I had to say this, because it’s heartbreaking when RUclipsr’s fail to point this to their viewers who tuned in to seek help and guidance. I work backstage in films as a scriptwriter, I would oftentimes watch a makeup artist apply makeups to many different actors with different types of skin using the exact same technique, and the result for each actor is based on his/her skin.

it maybe happening cuz your skin is too dry or you put too much moisture, it can mix with your concealer and f it up so play around with makeup that works for you maybe try other brands
If you need to colour correct dark circles would you just do this step before applying concealer after you apply your foundation, or would the third option be to colour correct straight after primeing?
Our best bet is letting hydrating skin care sink in and tapping in a small amt of product with fingers. I Don't even set it very often with any powder, but if I do It's s tiny amt of makeup forever HD powder. I usually just mist with a dewy finish setting spray. I'm not going to obsess over what I have no control over.
that's what I was trying to figure out. Mine start to become obvious and even tho she didn't have creases you can see on her natural face, you can see it when she had on makeup at the end. it's the exact same problem I have and seeing her still have creasing makes this video pointless.
Thank you for this video no matter what brand expensive cheap I use as always creasing it's always really ugly like it's really frustrating and I never know how to fix it and people give me ideas but it really doesn't work so thank you I'm really going to try this
Irene Merring Rules I've actually tried the powder foundtion on top of a consealer, let me tell you, not prtty😣, it's better to set it with transelucent, then apply a light dusting of the powder foundation!!
Wow this is the first video of seen on this channel and honestly it's the most helpful makeup tutorial I've seen so far on RUclips😍 thank youuu EMAN!!! Xxx
I use the Laura Mercier powder puff and sort of roll the puff into the skin rather than dabbing motion, i find it sets well with little to no creasing and you don’t need much powder either.
Love these tips, Eman! So helpful! I've only been using my fingers to blend my concealer but now I'm thinking that I should probably invest in a beauty blender or a similar dupe. 😳😅 You make everything look so easy, and your concealer looks flawless. ❤
Hi Eman, I would like to ask why the concealer is recommended to go first before apply the powder foundation? It always confuses me many many years. Thank you!
This helped me so much. Although I use the heavy concealer type, the wax kind because where I stay it's really humid and I begin to sweat easily. So I feel this concealer lasts longer through the course of my day. But adding the powder helped it last even more so and reduced the appearance of my creases as well.
I really think the heavy concealer I’m using is making my wrinkles much worse. I need to get a lighter liquid one. And I really think that using the translucent powder makes things worse for me
I heard from another RUclipsr that there’s like shiny serums that you can put on your face along with a moisturizer so you won’t be starting with a dry pallet and basically they were saying the illuminating serum like glowed in the sun so they don’t put concealer on at all they just use a translucent powder on top of the under eye serum..I know that may not be helpful to some of you because lots of us have major under eye bags but it’s a good little tip to at least try out
You have no under eye wrinkles since you are still young, so of course your concealer doesn't crease! This video is useless if someone really has deep wrinkles,
Wait till you're 50 or 60 - that's when *real* lines and wrinkles make wearing makeup frustrating! I wish someone would help us older women with this problem.
Hi Eman. Do you have a video that shows "how to ONLY use concealer without the foundation"? I ask because I find myself only using concealer around my dark circles. I really don't like to use make up on my entire face. Any suggestions? Thanks
This technique works for smaller eyes with no protruding lids... For someone like me with big eyes and protruding lids... This method only makes it worse specifically once if you bake under the eyes... Anyone know any tutorials for big eyed extreme protruding low lid girls? It's pain in arse.
I can imagine. Also... Baking creates this weird unnaturally light spot. I have your problem too. My solution is to use a makeup base (korean makeup uses it. It is like a primer but better, in my opinion). First moisturizer, than makeup base. Next liquid concealer which you blend with a damp sponge. Liquid foundation, blend the same way. Next, get a stiff, broad but thin brush. Put a little bit of liquid concealer on there, squint a little and with small strokes do your lower eyelid. Next, spread it by tapping lightly with your ring finger (important! Weakest finger) while you are still squinting. Next you get a very fluffy brush (preferably slightly oval and flat) and get a soft matte powder (I use Maybelline). Swish the brush through it, focusing on one of the sides, and tap the excess off by tapping just below the bristles against the table or whatever. Then you put the tops of your fingers against the other flat side of the brush and push it softly against your under eye area multiple times. Then, using a clean fluffy brush, go over it to remove excess. Tadaaaa! It is not perfect, but that is impossible. However, at the end of the day i have minimal creasing AND if I softly swipe with my ring finger over the area once every two hours or so you smooth the powder again and you are good to go. If you should try it (it takes some extra effort but if it works, it is worth it) do let me know!!
If I use a liquid concealer it always seems to crease which makes sense cause think of how liquid falls into cracks lol .. but when I use a stick concealer like the one from Maybelline it doesn’t crease and almost looks airbrushed.
Very Helpful I do have one question though. I am over 55. I've read many things that say over 50 we should try to stay away from using powders on our face. They say it actually emphasizes the lines, etc....any suggestions or comments??
Thank you for this video I have no clue about make up right now I’ve been just using milani concealer and foundation it’s a 2 in 1 and I like it but my face gets oily so much that my eyelids on top gets like as makeup crease and I hate that bc I notice I’m constantly wiping it down. Also I only use this around my eyes I don’t like to put it all over my face and neck. Please help me I love the milani 2in 1 but should I be using a certain lotion for my face or what? Thank you
Oohhhh so the reason for my under eye creasing is because I was applying foundation directly under my eyes before concealer. And I was also being heavy handed when applying the foundation thinking the more I applied the less creasing I would have. I will try doing it this way tomorrow morning when I apply my make up. I hope this works. Because my under eyes have been looking really creased each time I’ve applied my makeup (I’m new to makeup).
crazy chick . you are so naturally beautiful why put anything on your face. you look a million times better no make up. you covered up your beauty. fair enough if your going out night out but seriously dont damage your skin when it's already so perfect and beautiful . I always suffer from this problem. I study and work all day and I do not have time to check my fave every second. I will try to follow your pieces of advice
Eman i want to ask, what should i do if my skin are too sensitive with powder? I just can used liquid materials for my face..is it necessary to put powder to avoid creased?any others solutions?

Hi so you apply your corrector first then concealer lastly you applied powder so you won’t see creases is this correct?? Very nice look on you 👍🤗
I love how it was so simple, yet so clear and not a 10 minute video of talking. Just quick and to the point. 💖💖👌
Wait do you apply the Laura Mercier loose powder only under your eyes or all over your face?
If you have undereye wrinkles or mature skin, you can forget about it altogether. Nothing works, and it will crease no matter what you do.
Great video, your technique works 👏 what if you're not wearing eyeshadow and need to conceal your darker lid?
Her eyes still had creasing towards the end.... 🤔🙄
I was looking for this comment 😂
i try this step and the and yes the creas are still there they just don’t look as bad
@@MeganPaulson me too!
that's what I was trying to figure out. Mine start to become obvious and even tho she didn't have creases you can see on her natural face, you can see it when she had on makeup at the end. it's the exact same problem I have and seeing her still have creasing makes this video pointless.
Thank you for this video no matter what brand expensive cheap I use as always creasing it's always really ugly like it's really frustrating and I never know how to fix it and people give me ideas but it really doesn't work so thank you I'm really going to try this
but ... you don't have any creases!! nice try though.
Crease happens when you smile or laugh, then the lines get marked if there is too much concealer.
hey Eman, please can you tell me what product you use in your lips?Love it.
Can you do one using a powder foundation? I'd like to see the differences.
Irene Merring Rules I've actually tried the powder foundtion on top of a consealer, let me tell you, not prtty😣, it's better to set it with transelucent, then apply a light dusting of the powder foundation!!
But...I would still like to see that done though.
Irene Merring Rules me too, I'm just sharing with you my own experience!!
Wow this is the first video of seen on this channel and honestly it's the most helpful makeup tutorial I've seen so far on RUclips😍 thank youuu EMAN!!! Xxx
Your eyecolor is so beautiful!
I use the Laura Mercier powder puff and sort of roll the puff into the skin rather than dabbing motion, i find it sets well with little to no creasing and you don’t need much powder either.
What lip product r u wearing?? Berry is gorgeous!! 😍
your face without any makeup is so pretty! I love your freckles!
Love these tips, Eman! So helpful! I've only been using my fingers to blend my concealer but now I'm thinking that I should probably invest in a beauty blender or a similar dupe. 😳😅 You make everything look so easy, and your concealer looks flawless. ❤
U definitely need to buy the real techniques miracle complexion sponge WORKS COMPLETELY THE SAMEE
kromatic طظ
They're only like 2$ of you can afford a c9ffee at Starbucks you can afford a beauty blender
Hi Eman, I would like to ask why the concealer is recommended to go first before apply the powder foundation? It always confuses me many many years. Thank you!
Samantha Lugo because you should apply “wet products” before powders, otherwise the wet products don’t blend as good and can look cakey.
will this work for mature eyes? I'm 43. Thanks!
No.
Paula Smith NOOOOO
Great thanks , what is the lipstick you're using there ??? It gorgeous
Great video! Straight to the point, easy to follow and no unnecessary products! 👍🏼👍🏼
This helped me so much. Although I use the heavy concealer type, the wax kind because where I stay it's really humid and I begin to sweat easily. So I feel this concealer lasts longer through the course of my day. But adding the powder helped it last even more so and reduced the appearance of my creases as well.
thanks for the tips!! love your lipstick, what are you wearing? thanks!
Do you need to find foundation at all or can you just use the under eye stuff
Eman, what lip color are you wearing?
D Kaleena Brown such an amaizng colour ,please tell us what is it eman
Fatima Kf Yes, this colour is amazing xoxo
She answered on a previous post....it's Estee Lauder #470 Intrigue gloss
Unrelated question but do you y’all wet the sponge when applying foundation or keep it dry? 🍤
What lip product are you wearing? It's so pretty!
I know!! I love it too! It's Estee Lauder #470 Orchid Intrigue gloss
Now how long does it last before creasing starts pretty does it actually last all day. Like 9am-9pm?
I really think the heavy concealer I’m using is making my wrinkles much worse. I need to get a lighter liquid one. And I really think that using the translucent powder makes things worse for me
Nora Peace the trick to the powder is using it with a Damp sponge. It will give you the best result you can get. 😊
When your in quarantine and you've never done makeup in you're life so you're just like "screw it"
Same😂
You're
I heard from another RUclipsr that there’s like shiny serums that you can put on your face along with a moisturizer so you won’t be starting with a dry pallet and basically they were saying the illuminating serum like glowed in the sun so they don’t put concealer on at all they just use a translucent powder on top of the under eye serum..I know that may not be helpful to some of you because lots of us have major under eye bags but it’s a good little tip to at least try out
You have no under eye wrinkles since you are still young, so of course your concealer doesn't crease! This video is useless if someone really has deep wrinkles,
Um, I'm 19 and I have pretty deep wrinkles/creases under my eyes.
yep im 20 and i get concealer creases under my eyes
i’m 16 and get concealer creases😂
Concealers crease on almost everyone that moves their face lol
Cass Myth that technique sounds good, thank you for sharing
If I use a liquid concealer it always seems to crease which makes sense cause think of how liquid falls into cracks lol .. but when I use a stick concealer like the one from Maybelline it doesn’t crease and almost looks airbrushed.
You are stunning with and without makeup
Question: does using that damp sponge in the powder harm the powder at all? I worry about molding or shortening it's quality. Thank you!
That was so useful😄 thanks a lot for this video😘
What water temperature do you use on the sponge? Cold, hot, cool, warm?
I follow you from Italy..and i can tell you that...TI ADOROOOO E SEI BELLISSIMAAAA❤
So the sponge should be dry when applying Foundation?
what's your lipstick in this vidéo ?
Zoe hrltd she said it's Estee Lauder Orchid Intrigue gloss
But when you smile skin must naturally crease... as you cease the smile it will leave a mark?
so cute I love how it looks so Fresh and natural
I want to know about the shade should it be lighter than my natural skin tone or the same
Those arent "your" tips. Those are everybodies tips on youtube. Im so sixk of everyone claiming they made up this technique
I think it's more of a 'my personal experience, not a studie' thing
Very Helpful I do have one question though. I am over 55. I've read many things that say over 50 we should try to stay away from using powders on our face. They say it actually emphasizes the lines, etc....any suggestions or comments??
This should be titled 'how to stop your concealer from creasing for ages 30 and under'
Thank you for this video I have no clue about make up right now I’ve been just using milani concealer and foundation it’s a 2 in 1 and I like it but my face gets oily so much that my eyelids on top gets like as makeup crease and I hate that bc I notice I’m constantly wiping it down. Also I only use this around my eyes I don’t like to put it all over my face and neck. Please help me I love the milani 2in 1 but should I be using a certain lotion for my face or what? Thank you
step one : have no lines at all
Thanks for the concealer video. Your lipstick is too good. Please let me know which one is that and where can I buy... thanks...
Why is this in my recommendations? Are they trying to tell me something? I know I can't do makeup ;-; that's why I don't wear it
So no moisturizer first before the primer? I thought that's a must. Thanks.
Haha,Fun stuff. Especially of You are 28 years old!!!
U remind me so much of Kourtney Kardashian
Micah Williams she does! but I think EMAN is prettier!! 😉
Micah Williams yessss!!!
Can we use normal talk powder for setting concealer?
crazy chick .
you are so naturally beautiful why put anything on your face. you look a million times better no make up.
you covered up your beauty.
fair enough if your going out night out but seriously dont damage your skin when it's already so perfect and beautiful .
Stay natural.
most woman would love to be as beautiful as you naturaly.
She likes makeup obviously
I've always thought any kind of powder made your face dry and caused the creases. I'm going to try this.
Not very useful when she's like 20 years old lol
No, she isn't.
What about around the mouth? Does the same work? Mine always cracks around my smile lines.
put sum chapstick on grl
What do you do if you have natural creases under your eyes? Im 13 and even without makeup i have like 4 creases under my eyes. Is there anything i can do to make my concealer look any better?
Thank you for this video!! I’ve been having this problem lately. How much is that under eye primer?
Hello !! I am confused with. What powder to
Use ? Does that have to be white or translucent or as per my skin color matches ?
I always suffer from this problem. I study and work all day and I do not have time to check my fave every second. I will try to follow your pieces of advice
Eman i want to ask, what should i do if my skin are too sensitive with powder? I just can used liquid materials for my face..is it necessary to put powder to avoid creased?any others solutions?
Nice. What method did you use for your voice over
