Ayo that's a cool oscilloscope , could you have used a multi meter to *test* each cap and see which were good and which were bad? It's not a bad idea to replace them ALL but only replacing the bad at first to test the rest of it wouldn't hurt too, great job!
Grammar police checking in: "Recapping an oscilloscope older than I." Do be careful. The anode wire to the CRT will have around 2000 volts. It will bite! Be aware that the wire insulation will be very fragile, so avoid moving wires if avoidable. You can get good information from most any period scopes, the schematics will be similar. You may find others that differ only in the placement of panel parts.

Probably could've tested there resistance to check if there still good, the cans Probably are but the wax caps are certainly bad
