@@Lennart-ue1db Hey man. Put them JUST in front near post which is how you position when it's a tight angle. But don't worry too much about it, the movement is more important than the EXACT distance.

The ladder is to warm up your feet
Ladder drills are great but they don't really mimic how we move in matches :) I will make a video on ladder drills in a few weeks 😎
