Kenosha destruction began the night of the Jacob Blake incident (Aug. 23, 2020) and the Governor tweeted out "...an unarmed black man shot by police " Law enforcement was instructed to stand down while the city burned to the ground on the 23rd, 24th, & 25th. An inadequate (125) amount of National Guard troops weren't mobilized until the 24th with ZERO LE authority. Meanwhile the mayhem continued until the 25th when the KR situation happened.

Well after thinking the kid was guilty from the get. I came in with a trigger ready to say he was guilty then I heard the defense say it’s opening statement, boy was o wrong . The defense hit the nail on the head proving he did act in self defense. Sorry to have jumped to conclusions before seeing both sides of the story. So glad I did listen with an open mind, changed my point of view.

The media twists everything ( now I know what "news " is, it is for the most part BS ) . It's just headline garbage.
I spoke with a couple of co workers , neither watching the trial... right from the beginning of conversation they were demonizing Kyle, without even really knowing what happened, all their opinions based on what they heard on the news . A bias shallow version of events .

Or the possibility of others to aslo start chase ? again ,why would he stop?!? Him being a minor is irrelevant , Hence the judge throwing that charge out. It's more subtle than it seems. The prosecutor knows he can't challenge the mountain of video evidence, and he can't ignore it either, so he's taken full ownership of it and is trying to create a narrative that Kyle went out looking for trouble. This is why he's making a big deal of where Kyle was going, at which particular time, who told him to go there, and if anyone did tell him to go somewhere. That's why the defence went to great lengths to get Dominick Black to say Kyle was told to go to particular places by other people, rather than allow the jury to think Kyle was just roaming around looking for 'victims'.
On the surface it looks like he's doing the defence's job for them, but it's not as terrible a strategy as it would appear. Once an idea like that gets in a jurors mind, it may stick.

The more obviously dangerous the crowd the better it is for the prosecution - because Rittenhouse knew he was not trained to handle threats like that crowd and was not capable of determining what reasonably is and is not a deadly threat and yet chose to enter and then re-enter it. Meanwhile the only behaviour that counts is the specific behaviour of the people being shot at at the time they were shot. So "hey it was noisy and some other guy lit fires and broke glass and some guy shot a gun and others took a swing at me with a skateboard" is not relevant to what is reasonable self defence against the people he aimed at.

I feel like I'm being phony not genuine if I stare back at someone but I do it anyway because I know it's important to a lot of people. I've been judged a lot for not making so called eye contact. People think they got you all figured out because you don't share their desire to participate in staring contests with them in order to appear sincere. I'm not trying to be critical here but I just wanted to offer my perspective as someone who hates eye contact. I don't like to give it and honestly I don't like people staring at me. @@kujop1 He was being chased because some rioters got the bright idea to set buildings on fire (buildings adjacent to a gas station if I recall correctly) for no reason, and Kyle at least tried to extinguish a little bit of an innocent person's property. The thugs gave chase, Kyle did his best to get away, and eventually when one got too close he shot him.
The following two geniuses had the bright idea to also chase and attack Kyle, who was still trying to get away from this situation before he would have to shoot anyone else.
Like another comment you left above this one, you're intentionally leaving out context to paint a false picture of what happened that night. You know why Kyle shot that first man and you know he was 100% justified.

@@Nova-kn8mw the riots had 0 to do with it. That's ur problem ur making this about rioters. Kyle shot a man. People saw him and tried to take his gun cause hes the only maniac shooting people. Mind you the first man he shot had no weapon.

@@kujop1 keep lying if it makes you feel better, but let’s say the others were after him because all they knew was that he shot someone else. Who in their right mind is going to chase someone down with a rifle BAREHANDED thinking they are going to stop him without getting shot? Richie was chasing Kyle as well... In a split second you would think he is an attacker too...

My prediction: kyle will win the case and not be convicted. Also media will either say it is an injustice or they will imply it using spin (spin a method of propaganda)

Yup, brace yourself for the narrative spin which undoubtedly will include "racism"🙄.. there's a reason the mainstream channels have the comments turned off. CNN even clipped a small portion of the trial depicting the death of the ped0. Propaganda

Rosenbaum’s no contact order, as well as his recent release from inpatient psychiatric care, are definitely relevant.
Having recovered from suicidal depression and anxiety myself, I know that I had a period where I did some horrific things, and that was during my deepest depression and worst anxiety.
Mental health is tied directly to behavior. The prosecutor knows this. He’s a freaking prosecutor!!
Also, now that I continue listening, I hear that Rosenbaum was suicidal.
And now he’s dead, after confronting multiple immature and emotionally unstable, heavily armed individuals during a riot.
    Go figure.
