I'd at least like to say anyways... thatyou couldn't go as far as saying "clearly" (as an indication of murderous intent) being that you'd seemingly have to associate something direct as far as having harmful intentions is concerned. However, something of suspicion applying, would certainly be understandable.
They were paying him to move to Miami to be near the kids. Not true. This guy was set ip. Latin kings are originally from Chicago. They are well established and have been around since the 50’s. They are organized. Dude was set up and targeted. As he was flashing money around.

I still haven't come across any evidence implicating at least Wendi.. as something of quite distinctly or downright suspicious. She also sremingly sounds impressive on the stand in establishing the concept of her innocence. I wouldn't be surprised if she up to even strongly suspected her brother..., as she even chose to let his "bad joke" become known and al the while... took advantage of the situation by obtaining full rights to her children (even changing their last name), but all that can still be achieved as a bystander.
The defense should have started their opening remarks with, "Once upon a time."

The prosecution will only use Katie's testimony if it can be corroborated. They will not rely on just her testimony alone.

People bashing the defence lawyer for not coming up with a better defence- it’s not the lawyers fault all the evidence clearly proves the defendant is guilty! Most likely he advised his client to plead guilty in return for a reduced sentence (that’s what you’d do in the UK anyway) but Charlie is so arrogant he probably refused and thought he would get off.

The prosecuting attorney just blew the defense opening out of the water. She detailed the entire case and the defense attorney has to try his best to convince the jury that they have it all wrong and that he is there to set the record straight. Huge Failure. The entire family was involved one way or another.

Because, I think, plans were already made behind Dan's back by his wife and her family, who operate as a self serving pack, to separate him from his children because they were never prepared to share the children with Dan or his family.

Rashbaum would have never entered the courtroom with this defense had he been a decent lawyer. He would have told Charlie to take a plea, which I’m sure previous lawyers told him to do.

How could anyone on that Jury NOT be completely annoyed with this attorney? He loves the long pauses for dramatic effect. However, you're not supposed to do this upon every single half-sentence. As a 25-year sales executive and conference speaker, the pacing is way way over the top. He even says "Let me tell you... I have kept you waiting long enough" then grabs a bottle of water and slowly takes a drink while looking at the camera. Maybe this will make the nightly news, right? It's because he was trying to sell them such an absurd half-baked story... Well, half-baked is an overstatement right? This is absolutely absurd. They tried to overcorrect and come across as a comedy act. Charlie and his lawyer that is.

This opening was outlright laughable! For an attorney to even get up there to claim that someone as obviously guilty was anything but 1000% guilty, is embarrassing for all defense attorneys.

On one of the taped jail calls, after he was found guilty, Charlie says that Dan didn’t “take offer”. Rashbaum (In opening statements) and Wendi have said he wasn’t given the offer. He can’t keep lies straight.

11/17/223: Well now... this sure DIDN'T AGE WELL... listen to it again... from the start the Defense Attorney "has respect for Law Enforcement"???? Charlie Adelson's ridiculous defense falls apart immediately when he didn't contact Law Enforcement that night as soon as he claims he was "extorted"... it's a tough thing to say & admit Rashbaum... but the defendant (your client) & your defense has disrespected the law, the judicial system, the jurors, your profession, the community of Tallahassee, the Law Enforcement Professionals... and so much more. Charlie Adelson doesn't simply "like to talk" - he LOVES to lie. He's a predator, a convicted criminal of the worst kind, if Charlie "got advice" from Wendi? - she threw him under the bus & is footloose & fancy free as he will now rot in jail serving a life sentence. He told a "bad joke" as late as March of 2014"... Wendi repeated Charlie's bad joke on the day of the shooting! Good Ole Wendi didn't think the relocation motion would be granted?... but she clearly triggered her unstable mother & encouraged her to believe the opposite - Donna was weaponized (& she now is also sitting to rot in jail at age 73). You never addressed the "coincidence" that both siblings started relationships in the Fall of 2014 that in retrospect were nothing but setting up completely vulnerable people (& now Kaddie Magbanua pays a severe price for her participation like the father of her 2 children). Charlie got on the stand & testified that he told Kaddie that he would pay "one-third of $1 million" and directly referred to Rashbaum's Opening Statement - and also stated that this was what his lawyer said (???) @ 26:11 in the above - LISTEN TO THE STATEMENT that Charlie referred to - AND LIED! SIgfredo was really upset because part of the "deal" was that Charlie STOP dating Kaddie - and Charlie takes her jet skiing after the murder??? The "failed attempt" in June was ditched for the details of Dan's & the boys' schedule THAT REQUIRED WENDI's PARTICIPATION IN JULY Dude!! @ 40:59 Rashbaum says "Million Dollar Offer" a SECOND TIME!! (not 1/3 of $1 Million!) "He didn't have $1/3 Million" handy in his house so the monthly "extortion" payments WERE was the money owed for the hit! Charlie has also claimed he never talked to or knew who actually the hitmen were... so where did the Latin King's come into his "fear" of them (before Rivera was arrested in June 2016 @ 48:16 above)???? Then it unravels to not just "extortion" (which NOBODY believes) but Rashbaum doubles down and blathers about "the SECOND extortion"... pushing any luck he had into some irrational fantasy! Law Enforcement did not have the "Dolce Vita" recording until just prior to Charlie's arrest - That is NOT the "exact same evidence" (@ 48:56) as when Garcia, Rivera & Magbanua were arrested - DO NOT LIE TO THE JURY!!! There is NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS on Murder.... Rashbaum should be personally embarrassed by the above statement made by an Oath Sworn Officer of the Court - but we all know he is not - not embarrassed AND laughing his way to the bank.
