This was really good! I'm so glad you've brought this to my attention. Even though it might be unlikely that I'll ever catch 'Marty' avaiable near me, it is really good to know what to look forward to in these movies, and what kind of movie they are (specially aware of their peers).
I believe Marty is available for free online. I did watch it recently (I think on something called Tubi? Honestly, I think I just googled it and various viewing options came up, one that was free.) Marty is absolutely one of my favorite movies, try not to miss it. 📽️🍿📽️
I absolutely love this movie. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels uncomfortable with that scene in the film. That's my only real issue with this classic.
One of the best classic movie that i watch. Very good lesson on it.
Bravo
I love this movie. It's something that could really happen--as opposed to a contrived love story.
Molto bravo
That's MY FAVORITE PART.
I'm sorry, but what's your favorite part?
Welcome back to the great series.
Thank you! :)

Thank you so much, and I hope you get to see the movie some day! :)

Interesting point about black and white movies in the 1950s. "High Noon " also won and was also black and white.
And, A Place in the Sun and I Confess;
Didn't see ANY weak points in the movie. Wish it was on u tube.
That’s mermaid. Man from SpongeBob I don’t know he had some date issues.
Fighting EVIL!!! does that to real life heroes…

Was the sister the inspiration for Gilda Radner's Emily Litella character?
I don't think so. Looking it up, it looks like Radner based the character on a childhood nanny.
