I just had to update my 1finger post. I got the clutch lever for my 2020 iron 883 a few years ago and loved it! I traded in for my current ‘21 FXLRS and found the same clutch fit my softail too! Running it on my LRS now and won’t ever have a Harley without a 1finger clutch lever! Love it!
Bought this clutch for my iron 883. New to riding and didn’t realize I had messed up nerves in my left hand from having snapped my wrist in two pieces years ago and had it screwed back together. Once I started pulling a Harley clutch repeatedly I found out real quick what nerve damage will do!! Couldn’t even ride my new bike but once every couple of weeks because of how bad my hand was! Bought this clutch, installed it, super easy to do, I now ride my bike as much and as often as I want, no problems!! None! Feels like a totally different bike! Just had to relocate my turn signals which I didn’t expect but easy enough. Definitely the best mod I’ve done to my bike. Definitely! I will never have a Harley without a 1finger clutch again, ever!
Loved this lever for the looks and functionality but clutch adjustments are hard with this and it prematurely snapped my clutch cable. They dont pull the cable properly creating a bind at the lever/eyelet area.
Doesn't work on the 2021 Road Glide. Clutch never fully disengages. They will not accept returns. I went back and forth on adjustments and mods then when nothing worked they ghosted me. I've been a professional technician for almost 30 years and adjusted hundreds of Bowden cables from transmissions to convertible tops. This product may be fine for some but not the Harley quick adjust clutch cable. Won't accept returns. Very poor
ramjet and 1fngr don’t want to talk to me. master harley mechanic at local dealership couldn’t make it work. first one stripped so he bought me another one but that didn’t work either
I also had same issue because of the Harley clutch quick adjust. If you purchase a fat baggers ez adjust which turns it back to a screw adjustment style , itl work better
I have a 2018 Sportster with Barnett extra plate clutch pack, Barnett billet pressure plate and a 25% diaphragm spring. At first it was not fun to ride, it was way too stiff, I added a 1FNGR Easy pull lever set and haven't looked back since. They have held up incredibly and work awesome!
Due to severe RA in my hands, I had been looking into a Mueller Power Clutch for my '04 XL1200C. The 1FNGR clutch looks like the way to go. Question: would there be any harm in installing the Mueller and the 1 FNGR?
I just bought a 2009 Sportster iron 883 and the clutch is extremely stiff. Previous owner told me he sent the bike to HD dealer to have the clutch replaced. How do I know if it is one of those kevlar Barnett clutch. ?
Have a 2019 rigs black which set of levers would you suggest looking for a easy pull and being in a lot of stops and goes in the city thank Russ will be looking for what you picked out
Shit I just bought these for my lowrider st but I see the comment about not working on the new bikes with the weird clutch adjusting. Do you know if it’ll work on that bike? Gonna install them tonight or tomorrow
@@TuckerSpeed477 ok I have taller bars and that changed the quick adjust thing up a bit so hopefully it’ll still work. Guess we’ll find out in a bit lol
@@TuckerSpeed477ok cool, also do these have the tab to engage the neutral switch when adjusted at its lowest point? Currently have a set of Flo’s and unless they’re adjusted almost all the way maxed out they won’t engage the neutral switch to start the motor when in gear.
Most adjustable levers have the same problem when adjusted in very far. Not sure if that's the case with the adjustable 1FNGR levers or not. @@notafed4758
Is there a set of these that would fit a 95 sportster 883? Also, do you know approximately how much distance there is between the grip and the lever on a sportster? I have tiny hands and it looks like a wide gap on this bike. I've never heard of these before but it's hard on me trying to practice in parking lots because my hand and forearm starts hurting pretty bad after just a few minutes of constant use on my Sportster. Would this setup help with all of that that is if, I can/could reach the lever? 🙄🤣 Thanks in advance for any info.
@@TuckerSpeed477 Thank you so much for the reply. I'll show this to my hubs and if he approves, I'll definitely be in touch. Thanks again for your time. 😊
"The benefits"? This video didn't tell me anything. Is this to, primarily, lightend the pull? I heard 30 percent but that point wasn't made very well. How does it work? Does it actually lighten the pull? I have a 96 (EVO) Road King and it's killing me to clutch. Is that what this is for? It almost looks like it's JUST cosmetic. If these were indeed made to "lighten the pull", and they actually work, I'd be all in. These in conjuction with a "Mueller Clutch Saver", would be awesome if that's the case.
Yes, the lighter lever pull is the primary benefit. The lever design and incorporated sealed bearing helps lighten the lever pull significantly. We have seen people run them in conjunction with the Mueller ez clutch with great results.
@@TuckerSpeed477 Thanks. But a "ball bearing" doesnt' translate into much science for pulling ease. Unless there's a fulcrum aspect to it (like the Mueller) or applicable sceience behind it. The pivot point of a lever, being 'stock' OR 'ball bearing' isn't hat much. Even a worn or unlubed cable makes more difference than a ball bearing. So is there something that I'm missing? Not trying to be a pain OR ass, but I don't want to spend money without benefits or being convince that I'm getting "ease" rather than nice flash.
This is sad. My $22,000 2021 HD Road King did not come with adjustable levers. I'd have to spend between $280 - $380 (approximately, depending on brand) to get adjustable levers for it. Meanwhile, my $15,000 2018 Hayabusa came with adjustable levers from the factory. I've been riding various brands of bikes to include four Harleys for 60 years and it always amazes me how we riders drink DEEPLY from the Harley Kool Aid pitcher, despite massive evidence that we should walk away and visit another brand while pocketing the price difference.

Running a Barnett extra plate with stiffest spring offered because, well, friction. Sucks in traffic tho. Will be adding this in the future

I can not see how that lever is gonna work easier than the oem lever. What's the diff ?
Curious… is there some sort of fulcrum in the kit that the standard levers don’t have?
Do they sit any closer to the bars, or do you need the adjustable ones for that?
I believe you'd need the adjustable levers for that. These don't sit closer.
This is phenomenal. I may have to grab a set!
Great video! And channel. Any plans to restock these for a 04-13 sportster, all black? Yall are out of that model
