In my opinion ultra, high, medium is good for 4/6 gb ram phones, Medium is extremely good for 4gb ram because there will some lag if play in ultra. You can see last minimal graphics have lot of lags Even my 6gb ram's phone is lagging, that is why nekki don't access arena for under 3gb ram phones.
High and ultra is little bit darker and realistic , medium and low looks light coloured , low minimal looks not good at all but it gives maximum frame rate.
Your device's processor is good, try it once in online PvP if you still get some lags or hanging game , then you should try to play now medium or low. My device have 6gb ram and good processor, but it doesn't Handel to give max performance (60fps) on ultra graphics. But it gives almost 55 around fps on low graphics.
