just an idea, maybe for the pop quiz spot when you pull two prompts you can combine them? like if you find one book to fit both prompts then you only have to add that one but if you can't combine them then you have to have a book for each prompt
Just finished The Bullet That Missed and really enjoyed it. Surprised how much I've loved the Thursday Murder Club books because I don't usually like mysteries or cozy books. Can't wait for the movie to come out too!
I love this and I'll definitely be doing this in my TBR game rotation! I LOVE the idea of it being a different class each month for different genres!! So cute and creative!!
Love the concept of your game. The academic vibe is original and so fun. I built my September TBR with your prompts and my own spinning wheels. So fun! 🦊
@@bookmama26 1. Kala by Colin Walsh (water on cover) 2 Serpent & Dove (random Letter S) 3. One of Us is Lying (favorite trope) 4. Diavola (Horror with a name in title) 5. And I’m starting The Bullet That Missed before the end of August 😀
@@ReadingBuckeye Such a fun stack and so many books I want to read ... Serpent & Dove, In my Hand I Hold a Knife! I love that you spun for the horror genre and BOTM at the end :)
The reappearance of Rachel price in my opinion was really good. I liked her good girls guide to murder series more but that was a5 star versus 4 star for Rachel price .
I played along to choose my TBR. Some prompts didn't match my shelf so I made a "my choice " substitution. This was fun! I'm also doing read it or unhaul it with these books. Maybe even read it then unhaul it.
Clever idea. I've taught everything from pre-k to university. I love all things academia and for me September is the start of a new year! Mary Kubica is great. I read all her books. And you pronounced her last name correctly!
I thought I was so far off, thank you for letting me know that is how her name is pronounced! Glad I'm not the only one that feels a bit of a fresh start in September, I'm a forever student :)
❤📚🎓❤ I love the new tbr game!! You have some great books to read. I have Laviathan Wakes and have been putting it off, but I recently found out it can be read as a standalone. 🤗
My husband read Leviathan Wakes and wasn’t that crazy about it. I’ve been ignoring it for that reason so I hope you like it! I do plan to read it. I finished The Frozen River today - such a good book! You used to be a professor, no wonder you homeschool. Such a fun game!
I need to read The Thursday murder club and The inheritance games series. Have about 2:30 left to go in The inheritance game book 1. September of 2021 I read The only plane in the sky. 🦊
I have to mention that September 29th is national silent movie day while reales this isn’t about books this an art form that does involve reading . Film recommendation The haunted house staring Buster Keaton. This can be found on RUclips .

this game is so cute! I love that you narrow it down by genre and that there are little bonus spots if you want to make it harder, that's genius!

That is a fantastic idea ... I had thought of combining the prompts, but I thought it might be too hard! But, I feel like the option would be fun :)
