A key figure in the modern art scene in Singapore, Georgette Chen is widely recognised for her achievements as an artist and her contributions as an educator. Working for almost three decades at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, she was an influential force in the art community, serving as a mentor to and supporter of other artists.
