- In this video we take alook at the building of the furniture for the Ford Transit Custom Landseer Leisure Campervan conversion. This conversion requires the furniture to be hand made as the customer has requested alterations to the layout. We take alook at this process and show the end result.

It's an aluminium corner profile that sits the furniture board 👍 do you have a camper building business over there? many thanks for watching.

Love the quality of your work. I noticed you use side hung drawer runners. Any reason you use these instead of concealed under drawer Blum type runners
Hi Dan, great build. I'm starting my build in a few weeks. :) I prefer the doors with the matching end trims, as apposed to the T trims. Have you got any tips on how you glue them on, and trim them up to size?

I always envy your skill with a freehand jigsaw - mine somehow never works quite as smoothly as that! Given the speed of that operation, how many vans do you turn out a week?!
Hi Andrew, this particular conversion as I mentioned in the video is different being that the customer has kept the double seat at the front so all the electrics have moved to the back so has taken longer to make due to the alterations.
Dan, was that the standard 15mm Ally corner or the wide one please?

My old employers yes as they were ripping people off including myself but I've been at Landseer for about 2 years now. Best move I made. 👍
make it without this whole army from machines. it's the craftsmanship of doing it with only basic machines like a drill, cutter, and nothing else. Anyone can with an army of professional machines
