I have the k3 model, it works surprisingly well for what it is. personally I can recommend these for starting out and yes, I'm speaking as a beginner. By the way, I've had mine for almost 4 years now.

The missing piece of the filament holder was still in the styrofoam, he didnt take it out. You can see it on the left side of the video.

So it works, now have some fun......it will print some things quite well but you have to play with it......not meant for serious printing but you can get many kiddy play things that kids love to mess with like medallions and other things .......the area is quite large for such a small printer and I've seen many other much larger printers that have only ever printed small toy things.

also before you buy the printer i recommend you to buy an extra bed or two, that shit breaks really easily, ive bought 3 and 2 of them broke cuz of slightly bad calibration

The little rocket print they have is the only thing printed dine so far. The default software seems useless. Cant convert to gcode inwant to throw it out the door because nothing will stick to the plate
I have used 2 other free software

u can use Cura for the easy thread printers. and glue will help

Problem is there's no profile settings for this thing on cura and we have no idea how to set it up. I've had the exact same issues over here, it keeps separating from the table mid print or the project comes out looking like swiss cheese @@Xbladerreviews

@@incomsquad3037 got to use the custom setting on the v2 version of the printer is what i learnt, this way turn out nice till u figure out cura and secondly the nozzle isnt fully connected to the plate i mean the tip so what i did was modify the bed in which the nozzle and the plate touch
