The purpose of this video was to capture the uncertainty the placement process brings. And those of you who are worried about placements actually the placement this year was a bit different because of the recession📉 but still everyone got placed and with a high package compared to last year after all it is IIT Bombay 😎 a person who prepares cannot be denied a good placement ✅

@@rengokuop8486I have same query, I have read many articles that if you develop your skill in regards to current market and you have good experience so you will be not get fired aur vaise bhi freelancing se bohot Paisa kaama sakte ho
@@rengokuop8486 The engineers have higher chances to be fired during recessions because they have to pay more to experienced engineers while the same work can be done by an fresher with less salary. but its not the case with doctors as they have higher job security. But its your decision which depends on multiple factors and don't just consider your profession based on salary.
@@atharvapawaskar3155 It actually depends like if you get into a high paying company at the age of 22 let's say the company pays around 1.5 lakhs Per month then by your mid 40s you will already become a crore pati ( ofc if you are Little careful with your expences)
Actually a fun fact is that many engineers of High paying company retire themselves by their mid 40s

After watching this i feel the pressure of jee advanced i am feeling is nothing as compared to what you guyz went through😶
I know it feels when you are not getting placed to the dream company or getting the package you deserve. Believe me, you are gonna end up somehwere really good. i did my engineering from private college, i am fortunate enough to be associated with a company which is paying more than what i thiught it would have. I started very low but with years ( and with a Masters degree from Germany) ended up where i imagined to be when i was doing my bachelors.
So, bein an IITian never loose hope, you're one of the best brains, and if i can get such a good package, you can definitely get more than that.

My sister got placed in Amazon Bangalore for 43.8 lakhs as a data analyst ..... She did btech in cse from private college NIU ... It was an off campus placement.... On campus placement was going around 3-4 lpa .... Her college was amazed to see that and now they are just doing ad and putting banners of her in Noida that our student did this and Amazon came in our campus .😂😂😂 .....
She's a girl bro..that's makes it like 20x easier for her..a boy cannot even dream of getting that package.

all the students are just worried about the ctc numbers..see guys be from any iit or tier 3 college try to be passionate in your initial employments dont look at the ctc..if your are really passionate about something than ctc is just a number I personally had seen 400%++ growth for some of my friends and collegues from their initial packages...its just that they were passionate about the work they were doing rather than being worried about ctcs..its just a suggestion dont want leave it but will urge everyone to implement this..!😊

Yes, Off campus with good preparation
There is a reason for the rate of not getting placed in iit's is low, kyuki inn logo ne pehle hi mehnat karna Sikh liya tha. Getting through jee is not ez and they know it, they are trained to survive the competition so they prepare accordingly and smartly. Key difference between IIT ke students aur normal college ke students is, inn logo ke paas kaam ko kaise bhi karne ki takat aur capacity hai, which they got through Jee. Even an average student can, but the real deal is baith ke karna mein jaise bol Raha hu itna easy nahi hota.
So iit is all about lacs of package in some ABC company..I once thought iitians are best brains of country,which contributes in country growth and development...
