We very nearly done this... I think it was a 3 night free stay if you go to the presentations over 2 days for 3 hours a day. Great break down... now I understand what it's all about. Great video guys 🖤
mine was 5 hours... and I just knew later on.... that maintenance fee increases every year.... (this wasn't mentioned in the presentation). Almost signed the papers... wow, im glad i did not.
We joined. Pretty cool. If you’re from asia and you think about relaxing in the resort with kids, it’s worth it. Definitely just ripping bottom tier. If you wanna be cheap and backpack, this is not for you. Its just like paying for virgin active gym vs your local gym.
We recently got the same offer to have a discounted stay for 4D3N, in exchange for 90-120mins. However I heard your wife said it was actually a 3 hours presentation ? including the tour/inspection or not ?
Starting price is 1.4 million baht and the thai female sale manager was quite rude. The whole thing is literally about prepaying for your holiday to get credits to spend. When you say no, they’ll just ask “why are you not buying” as if it’s just a normal purchase lol. In the end, during the “feedback survey” they will try to sell a much smaller package at 1.4k usd to stay 3 days 2 nights at anantara. Overall, the entire thing lasted around 4 hours in total, including traveling time to the anatara hotel and going back to our hotel. What I do like though is the taxi rides. They go above and beyond in that regard. The massage voucher they provided was also good, but I wouldn’t go through all that again just for the massage or taxi.
Same thing, smelled something is wrong from a mile away. We wasted half an hour and i’ve stopped it all not to waste vacation time. Something wrong is happening at Anantara, deeply wrong. Not staying here again. Same people, same process as in your vid
Wow came across this video, just had the presentation just now and we didnt sign to be a member. Sounds really cool of course, with the benefits and such. But in the end we didnt get it.
My advise if you can do it, and you can plan well around it, do it, otherwise its not worth it for most people. You get around 5000 Baht for 2-3 hours of your time (although you'll end up cancelling so many plans to fit this in it may cost you half a day so think of it carefully) but first make sure you go in with clear mindset you're not going to buy a timeshare and you just want the voucher , i def won't leave my kids alone in a "play room" if they are under 12 out of my eye sight without my supervision anywhere in thailand, if you think its too hard to have your kids sit still for 2-3 hours then skip it.
Yes we did. Back in 2016 when we landed in Phuket Airport. They offered free ride and vouchers for dining and show if we listen to their 3 hour long presentation (which they said was only 90mins). We did not join. Recently they called again and we attended the talk again via zoom, and the price seem to have reduced, also a 90min talk which lasted for 2.5 hours. We didn't join, didn't seem like it was worth the money and to be tied down for 30years paying their maintenance fee of USd$500 annually.
@@berdyeah personally i also think overall its not worth it, technically 2 hours presentation but also now you had to cancel your plans 1 hour before and 1 hour after, overall for 4-5 hours and anxiety from no ethics high pressure sale tactics is not worth the voucher, but that's just me.

Ah so they approach differently sometimes! But yeah the premise is the same. Thanks for your kind words as always!

Nothing about how the breakfast was? The food at the restaurants onsite and the prices? Gym? Whats nearby the resort to do?

Has anyone experienced something similar on your travels or is a partner of Anantara themselves?
